Lots of variety with different events. Attended Abba Party night which was good but lighting was terrible for those sitting in second circle
Went for food... Really tasty, particularly the starters.
Eden Court Theatre and Cinema complex contains a very pleasant cafe to drop into and have a coffee.
Located in the modern extention to the building, the cafe has full height glass windows and high ceilings which make it feel very airy and uplifting.
The coffee we ordered was accompanied by some very nice cake. The Orange and Lime cake was particularly delicious.
Always different events on, cinema, plays, art exhibitions and more!
Fantastic show tonight. The cast of Shrek put on an absolutely fabulous show. Loved every minute of it.
Had lunch here before a bit of shopping. Good service, good food choice and very tasty
Great surroundings very comfortable and great shows. Pity about the parking especially on a wet night and only one ticket machine working and because of queues nearly missed the start of the show but that aspect is Highland Councils fault and greed.
Good venue but needs a bit of TLC looking tired and a bit tatty round the edges
0 stars!!!!!!!! Went to see ultimate mercury last night had to leave at interval worst performance I have ever seen nothing like queen very embarrassing
I went to the Brandon Mcphee Show twice in this beautiful theatre and thoroughly enjoyed it .
Very good theatre. Excellent view of the stage, good acoustics very friendly and helpful staff
So the parking is straight forward The theatre always has a buzz- at least at Pantos The design & decor is outstanding (I love the pendant white glass lights or 2nd floor) and the theatre itself is a great venue wherever you sit we were right at the top this time but with great view and excellent acoustic
Inverness Pantos are a bit of a cult with our family Yes, the format is similar, but the jokes are fresh and can be appreciated on two different levels (kids & grownups) I have to say as a sassanach I probably miss 10% but there's plenty more And what would a Panto be without custard pies? When the blue mat comes out the laughter starts
Fantastic energy in the performances as usual from the Dame & 'Cam' The singing too this year was really good Great dancing too from both professionals & the young performers alike
What's not to like?
Roll on Christmas 2020 & Cinderella
The venue itself is excellent, though historically the programme has been a little too mainstream / populist / commercial for me. I appreciate this may appeal to many local Inverness people, but it has been lacking celebration of wider Highlands culture, and I have generally found much better programmes in local village halls / community centres. There is some evidence this might be beginning to change, and I recently saw here an excellent film "Cryosphere" by local artist Lucy Treacher - somewhat experimentalist but superb. Well done Eden Court for supporting local work! Hopefully we will start to see more inclusion, and I look forward to being able to increase my rating in the future.
Regularly visit the cinema here. Much nicer surroundings and atmosphere than the larger chain cinema in town, but this time it did feel that ticket prices were expensive in comparison. Edit - they've just reduced the prices!
One of the greatest assets that Inverness possesses. There is always something to see every night of the week.
Eden Court is superb. Great location. It has various sizes of auditoriums within from bijou to tiers and box seats. First time we've been there. Unfortunately, the act wasn't as great as expected but we're goin back in a few months to see different act which we know will be amazing. But even if the act didn't meet our expectations, we'd still return to Eden Court to see more of the kind of shoes we love, as the place is, as I said, great. From size of venue, to location, to ambiance. It meets every criteria for me and my partner
The pantomine this year was the best and funniest thing I have seen in years.
Biggest thing I like about Eden court theatre is it has a great cinema with comfy seating plus it's generally quieter than the main vue cinema at retail park. No riff raff here either. Plus it sits next to the river Ness! What's not to like
Enjojed the show people standing in front of you spoiled it for us to much drunk people
Great cinema with much better selection than the mainstream cinemas. Great place to eat too. The restaurant was excellent.
Good cinema. Limited seating in the cafe which wasn't very versatile.
I go to drama class there and it is definitely worth it because My drama teacher is a very good teacher and all the staff are lovely also the food there is great So I highly recommend it!
Great place of culture. Theatre, concert, cinema, cafe all in one spot. Wonderful programme. Very vibrant place. Great value for money.
A pleasure as always. Only 4* though, my 54yr old bum just doesn't find the seats very comfortable.
Great venue to have on our doorstep, so many brilliant shows.
Went to see Jack & the Bean Stalk. Good funny family fun.
Most Excellent relaxed panto performance. Staff are always friendly and helpful
Excellent movie and helpful staff. Having to pay for parking unfortunately a big down side.
Enjoyable experience for all tastes of music, theatre and arts. Prices reasonable
Attend quite regularly. Service at bar and restaurant quite acceptable. Enjoy the choice available. Good facilities.
Theatre, Cinema and courses galore in drama and dance. Worth checking calendar when in Inverness. In
So glad this place exists. Then again I did not know Inverness was a city. Movie theater very red but comfortable. Hopefully it can ce so quiet you can get your own screening like we did
Love everything about Eden Court. Great for going to watch shows, movies and the yearly panto. Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. The meals served are always presented well and taste beautiful.
Inside is always spotless and fresh smelling, and the outside area is well maintained, and beautiful to sit in whatever the weather.
Banff mountain film festival world tour. Some event. Great films, awesome footage. Inspirational. Really well presented at Eden Court. Recommended.
Saw film: "Mary Magdalene" - I was very much "under-impressed"!
Always enjoy nights at Eden court. Staff r always so helpful. Would definately recommend to others
A theatre that's got plenty of leg room and an excellent choice of shows throughout the year with a not to be missed pantomime over the Christmas period.
Cinema has comfy seats, excellent food at the bar, love it here. Great films too.
Clean, good service, helpful staff, went to a concert there, very full, good acoustics.
Quality coffee and food. Good exhibition space and diverse arts offer.
Well designed, clean, multi purpose and helpful, polite staff.
Innovative and all inclusive - a great asset to the Highlands
Love there variety of shows great place to eat also
Food was excellent, prices very reasonable and the staff are super friendly. Glad I went.
Good performance venue & worth a detour. Bar area cold and inhospitable
Panto was good, maybe not as good as previous years but still fun. Felt totally let down though as our wee one needed changed. Apparently after 10 mins of hunting there is only 1 baby changing room and it was out of order. So ended up having to change our daughter in the boot of the car! Felt totaly let down. :(
Always a pleasure to visit either the stage shows or cinema
