100% the best agency in Scotland! I m always treated with respect and professionalism, and I m always made to feel welcome. They without a doubt put all their effort into keeping both their clients and models happy. I admire them for keeping such a perfect balance between running a business and creating a family .
Absolutely do not be fooled by the 'swish' website, there's no substance here, certainly no class. Treat people the way you wish to be treated, a motto that clearly this little agency does not abide with. My daughter came all the way from Edinburgh to their open casting, she came upon a locked door, they buzzed her in, then someone approached her and without even introducing himself or asking her name (I mean simple common courtesy), or even asking her to take her coat off, proceeded to ask her age and whether her trainers had a hidden heel, (you're right she's not 6ft tall, but she's not looking to be a catwalk model, you don't need to be super tall to be a photographic model!). Then he proceeded to guess her height and then had her stand in the middle of the office and took a head shot with his iphone 4 (still with her coat on, so no idea of her silhouette or anything), he then disappeared into an office (clearly to whoever holds the power), returned and told her "you've got a nice look, but it's not for us," and then proceeded to usher her out the door. Time in office, max three minutes, and absolutely nothing like the procedure they outline on their website.
Bear in mind, there was nobody else waiting to be seen, they weren't busy, so utterly no excuse, just rude and arrogant people making themselves feel big by humiliating young adults. Shame on you.
Without doubt the best agency in Scotland, I was lucky enough to be represented by Colours Agency as a model for several years; the agents are extremely professional, courteous and considerate with all of the people they are representing in their various capacities, whether it be models, stylists, actors or makeup artists, and especially welcoming to all visitors and potential models who come to the enquire with the agency. They also take time to help develop the careers of all those they represent and have the best international contacts and connections of all the agencies in Glasgow.
