My only question would be why with a 0W 20, full synthetic motor oil is there a 5000 mile expected life span of oil between oil changes and not greater since it is full synthetic?. That's my only question. Thanks.

My husband and I got there before the dealership even opened the service man was so helpful he called a salesman and said people were here and that salesman Chris Thomas came right in it was so nice !! He was so helpful, honest, and friendly he made the car buying experience very smooth and we will defiantly be back when we need another car! The salesman at Northpark Nissan was not pushy at all. He presented an awesome product that sold itself as he gave us a demonstration of the features. We feel we got a tremendous deal on this Pathfinder SL. It was the first time I actually enjoyed the car buying process. Thank You Archie Brown for working with us and making this deal possible. My wife rushed to the garage as soon as she woke up to confirm that it wasn t just a dream and came out of the garage with the biggest smile.

Had to wait a few days for a part that was covered under warranty, this was expected. Dropped our Pathfinder off at 7:30 for a job they said would take 3-4 hours. I called at 4 pm and they said it was ready and the keys were just dropped off at the service desk. I arrived at 4:45 pm and they told me it would be just a few minutes while they finish washing it . 55 minutes later, my vehicle was still not brought up. I asked about it twice during this time. Finally I had enough and I told them to bring my vehicle up, washed or not. I watched the lady from the service desk walk to get it and saw it was only then being washed. Don t get me wrong, the wash is a good lagniappe, but not at the expense of an hour of my time and having to make other plans to pick up kids.

I went in looking for a used car. Drove several and then my salesperson Calob Busby ran the numbers and showed me what I d be paying for a used car and the interest. I quickly got discouraged. Instead of Calob writing me off and moving to another customer he put me in a ride we rode the lot and he showed me the Versa and then told me that I d be paying less. The finance manager worked the numbers and wow! I can t believe I got this wonderful car at a great deal. If not for Calob I would have walked away. He made this the best day of my entire life!!

Albeit while the service was okay the customer care is not. I have had many technological issues with my car and while they have been fixed I was lied to about it. I was told I would be getting a new part on my car but in realty they took the part I needed off a different car in the lot. I have waited over 3 months for a refund from a tow that both me and my mother had to keep calling and it wasn t until she got ahold of the Service Manager Steve that we found out that Nissan hadn t even submitted it into their system for them to even start the process for me to get my refund.

They have soured the brand Nissan for me and if or when I get a new car I highly doubt I will be getting another Nissan.

I currently have a Nissan Kicks, and I had a Nissan Sentra Midnight Edition before that one that I had totaled which I why I got a new car. I got the Sentra from the Nissan in New Orleans and that would be who I would send the people who ask me. I would not recommend going to Eddie Tourelle s Northpark Nissan unless you like getting the run around.

Looked for a car rental and seen their sign. No hidden fees. Straight up $35 a day. We even drove a brand new car with 350 miles on it. Very friendly. Walking distance from the Best Western we stayed at. Definitely rent a car from them.

I chose to purchase my 2019 Murano Platinum through the internet. Nicholas beat the price of two other dealerships right away. He was very informative, polite and did little extras to get the sale.

When I went to pick up my vehicle everyone did everything to make the purchase a pleasant experience. Nicholas took his time explaining all the features of the car with me.

It was well worth the drive to the Northshore to purchase my new car.

I got great service at Eddie Tourelle's yesterday. Steven Jackson attended to me completely.
I had driven in from New Orleans and had been very upset because a panel on the passenger side under the headlight had separated.
My car is only a year old and I couldnt imagine what was wrong. I was very discouraged.
I am always so careful where I park so that nobody hits me.
Steve said that somehow my car had been tapped and it loosened the panel. I think it may have even been the garbage men when they fling back your heavy garbage can after emptying it in the truck.
Eddie Tourelle's fixed it at no charge.
Also Steve went over what my car needed in maintenance and when. I had found the manual confusing so I was very relieved to know what I needed in clear terms and with clear times the maintenance procedures that would be needed.
Everybody is nice over there. I mean jumping through hoops for you nice. Everybody is so eager to help you, and direct you to where you need to go, including the nice woman at the counter in the back by the mechanics area. And she is so efficient! Unfortunately I didnt get her name.
I have a Nissan dealership in New Orleans but my father bought me my Nissan at the Eddie Tourelle's in Covingron.
The service is so excellent that I happily make the drive from New Orleans to Covington.
I was so upset when I walked into Eddie Tourelle's yesterday and so happy when I left. They are a dealership that truly respects their customers.
My father bought two Nissans from them over the years and swears by Nissans and by Eddie Tourelle's management and staff. He braggs about how terrific they are. I too believe they are top notch.
These people are efficient too. I didnt bring my receipt from my prior service but they printed me another one. Everything is in the system and obviously they maintain a well-oiled ship, or however the expression goes, and their records are accurate!
Their waiting room by the mechanics area is very comfortable. I like the surrounding area too. It has grass and a pond. I took my dog for a walk there as I waited one time. (My tiny dog stays hidden in her own carry bag so no one knows she's even there!)
Anyone wanting to buy a real nice car, I recommend Eddie Tourelle's very highly. I will always try to go only to them for all my mechanic needs.
After I left Eddie Tourelle's yesterday, I felt so uplifted and drove off in my terrific Nissan all fixed up and happy as a lark! Me and my precious little contraband dog comfortable and content in her beloved passenger seat!

Everyone in service dept is professional. Ron is very helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait long for a brake job. My only complaint is that I noticed on receipt an extra $6.79 charge and when I called about it, I found out the credit card machine charges a service fee. If I would have been informed beforehand by cashier, I would have written a check instead.

I have had my car for going on 4 years now. Every time I have had an issue I brought it to the dealership for them to look at it. Each time I was told nothing was wrong. Now that it is out of warranty I brought it back for the SAME problem I did prior and again nothing was wrong! Yet my car wouldn t crank, and I was charged!

Last minute change in color caused a dealer trade to complete the deal but you made it happen. Several dealerships were competing for my business and you earned hands down.
