They were pretty good. Put a used engine that a Tire Kingdom blew up by not doing an oil change properly. Found problems after they fixed it, they refuse to fix it. My radio never gave me problems before. I know an engineer now up can cause electrical but I'm not paying $125 diagnostic fee when the car has bumper to bumper pre-certified warranty.

I was told tire was fixed last week after I told them a nail or something because tire kept loosing air. Had to go again to wait for another hour and a half to be told there's a screw in side wall, needed a new tire. Ok I was good with that but after they said it was fixed the first time, I thought great til I had to put more air the next day. I will just have to keep a good eye still. Had them put battery post protection after they said all was good, checked when I got home and battery still had the corrosion and no protection felt. Other than 2mishaps in 3years they are the nicest employees and do great finding out what I am there for.

Went shopping for my daughter first vehicle and met Kendaul our sales representative, he put up with all the questions my daughter had and was very professional. My daughter told Kendaul that she wouldn't purchase the vehicle unless he could get in the trunk and so he did. We we're done in under an hour after they had picked out a vehicle. Buddy our financial Manager was hassle-free and quick. They even gave my daughter a full tank of gas. If we are ever in need of another vehicle we will definitely go back there!

The salesman was great as he first encountered me driving up and parking, and how easy he made the whole process.
He wasn't high pressure in his approach to my needs for a daily driver (car).
He was pleasant thru out the short time l was there in spite of having to retrieve at least 4 cars for me to see that l turned down before he found the right one that met my approval.
The finance mgr. also was pleasant and made the process very quick.
I would highly recommend this dealership to any one in need of an upgrade or 1st car.

Service Ticket: 288914 I dropped my Pathfinder off on 01 May 2019 (Wednesday). I was told the recall/warranty work would take a day. Since I hadn't heard from Eddie Tourelle's NorthPark Nissan, I called them on 04 May 2019 (Saturday) and left a message inquiring about the status of my vehicle. Monday afternoon I called again to inquire about the status of my vehicle and was told it was not ready. I asked if he had any idea when it would be ready since I was told the work would only take one day. He said it would be ready tomorrow (07 May 2019, Tuesday). I did not receive any calls updating me on the status or when the car would be ready. I returned the loaner and picked up my vehicle. I had just detailed my Pathfinder the week I dropped it off. Obviously, it was parked outside since when I picked it up, it was covered in dust and had several places where bird droppings had hit and slid down the sides of the vehicle. The paper mat was left in the SUV and there were scuff marks on the interior of the driver's door from people getting in and out of the vehicle. The loaner was dirty with melted chocolate on the console and interior door handle. Also the light was on indicating the washer fluid was low. When I went to refill it, I found it was totally empty. Needless to say, I was disappointed since prior visits to this dealership for routine oil changes were above average. Mr. Kory Chatelain

I had an awesome experience at Eddie Tourelle s Northpark Nissan! Shawn Marshall was salesmen and he did a wonderful job answered any questions I had. He made the experience very enjoyable! I don t think I will be going back any time soon because of my new truck. But when I do need another can you can bet I am going back the Eddie Tourelle!

Purchased a Nissan Maxima here and this evening and engine stopped running before arriving home called and called finally I was instructed to have wrecker deliver car back to Eddie Tourelle s 2 days later & was not serviced - not checked out as promised to me - rushed through the whole process and we shall see?????
