People are always nice here. Very professional company!

We engaged Ed Castro landscape for a major back yard redo. it was a $70,000 plus job. A promised 8 to 10 weeks finish. We chose them over smaller companies and paid a higher price based on the fact they said they had all contractors under their banner.
It took 8 months...
They then started charging me for monthly service before the job was done and new services were provided.
They agreed at the time to carry the payment forward.

Their service never came up to par for the next year. By the start of this year it was Ridiculous, constantly calling them back out to the property.

After cancelling service they continue to apologize & agree but once again did not follow through and charged us after 30 day cancellation notice.

They then refuse to return calls,

Completely disappointed in our year plus dealings with them.
The lesson is Big is not always better.

I am a small business owner and am shocked at their customer service and responses or lack of...

As owner of a residential design/ build firm it is important to work with other design professional that are trustworthy. We have worked with Ed and his team on several SawHorse projects and our clients were happy with the results.

We hired Ed Castro Landescaping to work with our builder to provide plans for landscape and hardscape for our home on the water in Florida. Boy did they deliver a beautiful plan. There is nothing or noone comparable in our area. Hannah was particularly creative, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with!
