Van Dam has delicious ice cream flavors. From classic flavors such as straciatella to specialties such as marshmallows. With good weather you sometimes stand in line, but afterwards you can enjoy huge scoops of ice in the Heemsteedse sun. Fantastic!

A bowl with 3 scoops of ice cream and whipped cream, delicious! A terrace on the square just over the IJzerenbrug where almost a century ago there was a tram stop of NZH line 1. In the 1950s, a tram derailed and Van Dam's front door entered. Who knows, the traces are still visible ?!

Delicious, homemade ice cream, and lots of choice from many tastes. Also the special ice cream flavors with special names is nice, but .... especially tasty ... Eg. Ys girls .. or .. Heavenly mud ... just explain that. Really tasty home-made ice cream, then 10 or 20 or 30 cents per scoop doesn't matter anymore. Really enjoy ys, where you can really taste the vanilla or passion fruit or something .... delicious. Friendly staff and you will be helped quickly. Top..do normal ... and ... enjoy.

Very nice atmosphere. Nice idea of that live music . We are here on vacation for a few days. But the tastiest and nicest ice cream ate with you. Plus an extremely friendly girl behind the counter.
