Great service and knowledgeable on tech product. Most importantly, cheapest shop to buy computer related hardware in Johor Bahru.

I really upset when i show my damaged usb of external harddisk and they said can try with new cover and ends up tear my usb part apart and missed the part..
I agreed to tear apart so they can try with new case. But they pull off the usb connector which welded on the board.. and they lost. They returned to me in my case which still safe and sound.
I write to highlight other if you are bringing something to fix, the shop will try their very best to fix it even though they dont know what are they doing

If there is an option for 10 positive stars out of 5, I'll definitely go for that option.

I happened to be one of their frequent customer/ visitor for more than 10 years. E Cytech always provide me top tier customer service and tech support, never face any attitude or support issue from em. I've built more than 10 PC units with em, they always provide recommendation/ and pricing of each component patiently. Other than that, they also provide competitive pricing for all of their products (where else you can get PC components with such competitive pricing and good servicing attitude?). Everytime when I visit this store, I'll just get in there with my comfy t-shirt, shorts and a pair of slipper on (Fun fact, boss/ staff in this store treat everyone the same :P). Among all the staffs work at E Cytech, my favourite must be the chubby dual. The chubby young guy (boss's son maybe?), always provide the recommendation for my rig (I am a heavy graphics user :P), never face any major issue with that rig being built by em. And the older chubby guy (boss maybe?) always provide the most competitive price among other retailers.

Staff are nice and very helpful. Willing to explain or take out a new laptop from a box just to show you difference between laptop. Staff not pushy and let you decide when you will approach them back when you decided to buy.

Idk why people always commend on their attitude. I am satisfy with their attitude, all of their staff are specialized in all sort of thing, especially in gaming and graphic design. I purchase one unit of PC with one of their sales guy (Badrul). They even guided me how to use limited amount of money to get the best spec.
