I really upset when i show my damaged usb of exter...

I really upset when i show my damaged usb of external harddisk and they said can try with new cover and ends up tear my usb part apart and missed the part..
I agreed to tear apart so they can try with new case. But they pull off the usb connector which welded on the board.. and they lost. They returned to me in my case which still safe and sound.
I write to highlight other if you are bringing something to fix, the shop will try their very best to fix it even though they dont know what are they doing
