Very professional treatment and attention to detail

I have contracted a virtual switchboard with Vozelia in my company. From the beginning they went out of their way for my company and the treatment received has been excellent. We will shortly contract other services such as office 365 with them. Recommended 100x100.

Nothing serious people, nor is it you happen to hire! The service is worth it and they do not give answers !!

We take a MONTH to solve a problem with a portability and they do not take your phone, never to return to this company. NOT RECOMMENDABLE

I have tried the virtual switchboard with them and both the commercial part to advise, and the technique to help with the start-up of 10!

They do not fulfill a service provision contract. They do not always respond to support requests or do not respond on time. The conditions of the service and the operation of the same change without prior notice and therefore do not give the customer the possibility of choosing whether to continue with the service or seek an alternative as expected.

These are the ones who call at nap time, and when you pick up they cut the call.

After reading about virtual switchboards we decided on Vozelia as our provider and the results are being excellent.

An unfortunate service, continuous problems with the line, the telephone rings and the call is not picked up, the communication with the client is cut off, you call the central office to notify the incident and they cut the call directly, even when they answer the call when you claim . It makes you lose hours of work and a lot of money. Malfunction is quite common
