Working with ECCO Select was truly a blessing. I specifically worked with Jay Crawley, who was amazingly supportive in every step of the way.
Jay has been an absolute pleasure to work with; helped me through every step of the way and made suggestions that I had been unaware of myself. I have been working with Tim Eckelkamp at Ecco for over half a year now and value our partnership in finding candidates to help my organization. I have been in contract with ECCO Select for about 8 months now and I have nothing but good things to say. I have never been a contract employee before so first I was hesitant to say yes to their offers. Since then everything they had promised or said were proven by actions. They take care of me and never leave me on the "side of the road" even though I am not a full time employee. They treat everyone equally and with respect. They are very communicative, follow up with me bi-weekly to make sure everything is going well and to ask if they can do better. Everyone I interacted with so far is very kind, professional and understanding. Benefits are great, generous PTO and excellent work life balance. Overall I highly recommend them as your agency or working for them full time.

The company didn't keep in contact with the business I was placed with and maintained a very unprofessional relationship with me. They were not there with my best interests and be sure to get a signed contract as well because they failed on that part too. I didn't find out I wasn't being converted until the day of my contract ended. No warnings what so ever and they haven't tried placing me elsewhere nor have they stayed in contact with me.
