AVOID!

I reached out 5/1/2019 for an EDI integration our company needed. Our strict deadline was 7 weeks for a launch with a new retail partner. eBridge said they weren't able to guarantee unless we paid an "upcharge" to expedite the work. We declined the upcharge and eBridge assured us it would be finished 1 week after our deadline since we didn't pay extra. We contacted our retail partner and moved the launch to 14 days later.

On 5/6/2019 we put down a deposit for $3,600.

Then, we did not hear from them until 5/21 after multiple phone calls and emails wondering what was going on...

On 5/23/19 We had our "Kick off call" where they completely changed tune and said they were only just beginning to look at our integrations and the work would take at least 7 weeks. (Not meeting our deadline we already moved)

After speaking to our retail partner, we were unable to delay the launch again and had to find a way to go live with or without eBridge.

On 5/28/19 I respectfully asked to cancel our work order since they were not able to meet deadlines they originally promised to meet. I said "Please account for your time and refund the rest of our deposit."

On 6/3/19 one of the reps from Ebridge reached out and asked for a call because they "already have the kits / out of box set up complete for the service we need" I declined and was not pleased. If they already had all the connections prebuilt, then why the extra thousands of dollars upcharge and lack of attention previously?

It's now 7/22/19 and we have not had any responses to emails and have not received our money back. Very unprofessional.
