I am thoroughly disappointed in the facilities of this retched soul sucking business. Our first day of visiting at this shop we were deterred after returning a few games, with a rude red haired employee telling me we need a real signature not just scribbles when I was returning some games. The next day Iil hunti red top(Yes the same wench) came at me swinging from the moment I walked through those doors! First this looser ascked for ID, manaiacly screeching about common pawn shop law. She has the audacity to tell me she transferd the game returns into store credit, ugggg I scoff! Cheep lil hunti was trying to cheat me out of my money! When my lil sis and I finally sorted everything out, she came at me again yelling about how I was under 18 and could sell because of... as I mentioned earlier common pawn shop law!!!! At this point was irate, i had to call my mother.... yes my mother of all people to sell back these games! My mother agreed but she was two hours away, so we camped out in the shop, because according to the broom riding, cauldron stirring WITCH If I leave the store she has to restart the transaction . She then barked at me saying are you really gonna stay here the whole time HOW DARE THIS WENCH! When my mother arrived der too muffin started giving her sass, saying things like do you really wanna return all these games . At this point we just wanted to leave, but no she has accidentally deleted the transaction! After another grueling 45 minutes we were finally free from the hell soaked rat hole ! Needless to say I will not be going back! Have a great day, honestly God bless her heart !

The sales associate was happy to help me with my trade-ins and offered some helpful insight about a few games that I was unsure about.

The worst store ever, the staff don't care about sales, if you ask for something that you can see yourself but cannot access you get told that they don't have any and they continue on with whatever they were doing. 1 of 10 would not shop here. Order from Amazon instead.

I got a used Xbox One contoller at this Gamestop. Staff is helpful and got me one at a good price.

GameStop is one of them stores that it honestly depends on who is working,a few times I had minor problems but for the most part I was treated very well at this location. Staff is very knowledgeable and no matter what questions you ask they have no problem paying you attention and explaining everything to you and they explain in a way that even a beginner will understand. I always loved GameStop and unless something drastic happens I always will.

Helpful staff. Good overall selection and for the most part, good prices.
