Bad assist service. Trying to talk, receive emails, get feedback on attempts to reach a solution is a real ordeal. Personal, as well as the pages on the net that refer to asus, organized as Chinese boxes without ever reaching a conclusion. After three repairs, with the last one I no longer have a PC for an abundant month ..... with obvious negative repercussions on work. And to make matters worse we will see, if ever there will be what Asus will offer to repay me from the discomfort that has been going on for a year. ASUS = Bad

Painful Italian technical assistance for smartphones. After two consecutive interventions in 20 days they failed to eliminate the defect and I return it with an obsolete firmware. Now they invite me to send it to the lab for the third time. I refused and just sent a registered letter to Asus in the Netherlands.

I was a loyal customer of asus but I will never buy anything again with this brand and I will write a lot on various blogs and technical sites of bad assistance in Italy.

Then it takes weeks before you get the laptop back .....
