Just a great venue to have a quite drink with mates

Meal was enjoyable and the setting is always pleasant. Good playground for the kids and kids meal came out first and pretty snappy to keep my gremlin happy (this keeps me happy also) overall meal wait time was pretty low and whilst you do have to queue up to enter and queue up to order these queues moved pretty quickly. As a local i can say that EH has satisfied enough to make it into our considerations for take away/eat out night each week now. Good one EH

Always meeting interesting characters here. Caters to drinks, food, entertainment.

Huge venue, good dancefloor on weekends and option for dining with kids entertainment and games room, live music and separate areas for concerts

5 star accommodation and service locked in Suburban surroundings with everything including a golf course literally at your doorstep.
Staff go above and beyond to look after you in a friendly proffessional manner, could not praise them more highly.
Room appointment is stunning and extremely well designed with no expense spared.
Couldn't recommend more highly.

Enjoyed my husband's 60th Birthday Celebration here 3 years ago and it was fantastic - didn't think they could outdo that experience but they did. Family Christmas dinner in the Green Room of the accommodation building. Organizing this event was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. On the night the decor in the room was beautiful and the 3 course meal was a work of art and so delicious. 5 Star service made us all feel like VIP's. I would highly recommend this Venue, it's a beautiful hotel with caring staff.

Good food can be excellent depending on who is cooking that night.
Most staff are excellent, especially Kylie, Sarah, Linda and Nathan. Apparently they have the odd band. Brilliant gigs, up close and personal, everything from high school reunion (actually old rock bands), to metal, hip hop, etc.

Freat place to meet family & friends. Pizzas were yummy!

Large and trendy venue with live music and dancing. The food was very good and the staff were most accommodating. There is a dress code after 7:30pm so be advised.

We stayed overnight at Eaton's Hill hotel and cannot fault the service. The room was exception, fresh and we'll kept. Great value the money, would recommend.

This facility is gorgeous. The restaurant across the complex has fantastic meals. The hotel is beautiful and there's lots of accusations for every type of meal preference from fat casual to higher end. Love the Woolies in the front to pick up items you've forgotten on your trip. The bakery in front has delicious pies as well.

There's a brilliant food selection it's cooked nicely and the service staff are fairly attentive the venue was really nice and modern great for a family function or a large gathering

A great Hotel. It's big, bright and modern. Ample car parking, a good sized, spaced out Gaming Room, an excellent restaurant with a varied menu and social bars. The staff are all polite and welcoming too.

there are no chicken wings here. disregarding the fact that some people just want some chicken wings on a sunday arvo is absolutely appalling. this is an extremely vicious act mate and all u fellas should step ur game up.

one good thing about this place is the pink lemonade. it is incredible.

We stayed in a studio deluxe room for one night. The room was beautiful, well finished and immaculate. The hotel itself was fantastic, the staff were excellent to deal with. Very polite and helpful. We treated ourselves to room service for breakfast and it was amazing.
There was nothing about our experience that we would have changed. Everything was outstanding. We will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. We had an amazing time, thank you :)

What a great surprise this was. Lovely rooms. Fantastic, helpful staff and so well priced. Woolworths , cafes, etc all in the sane location. We were delighted. It is definitely a location to stay of you are happy to drive a few mins to see things.

Beautiful venue but soul less. Staff lack personality.

Facilities were great. Bed was super comfy and the ease of having the concert right across the road was sensational. My only irk was my in room breakfast, my poached eggs were overcooked, the tomatoes undercooked and my coffee tiny.

Good menu selection catering for all tastes. Food well cooked and presented. Good service even on really busy days

1 with x boxes and terrible games.

And 1 with a poorly designed play structure for kids.
You can't see the children playing in the play structure.

There's also no natural light or air so the sheer number of germs ... it is not what you want with children eating...

Don't bother taking your kids in there to have a look as I did. The staff are rude and not accommodating. They don't do coffee and cake / snack for morning tea. Lunch and dinner only at strict times and not outside those allocated hours.

If Eatons Hill do read this, go to Everton park. This is an example of a fantastic play area. Open spaces so kids can run around and parents can keep an eye on it. Morning tea.
Balloons. Colouring pencils.
Parent market is a big one is you utilise it properly.

Vanessa was very good bar staff ..but worst thing is it is like a casino for pokie attics in suburban kicked out of the tab early then kicked out of the main bar at 11 but aloud to go to gaming bar to drink ...all I heard how good and big this place was but unless your playing pokies ...(like every other place in Queensland all you meet is miserable people losing their money .... On machines that give u nothing

Stayed in the Penthouse for my 50th and had a small party at the Olive Tree Deck area. Loved it. Wonderful atmosphere and very comfortable room.

Not worth the $10 entry fee. Double the amount of people there should be in there so there is no space to even move. Drinks are incredibly expensive. Overall worst night out ever.

Great wedding reception venue. The wedding co-ordinator and her staff go above and beyond. Oh and the food is amazing too! And if you're looking for amazing wedding film & photography contact us!

By Far the Worst place i have ever been to in Australia and abroad. security is a joke they dont make you feel safe. instead they injure innocent people. Its a thugs paradise. If in brisbane you would feel safer in the City or the Valley.

Just a good looking hotel and room. Being a new building helps.

Management is a bit sloppy sometimes, but the bartenders are usually quick and efficient, and the overall vibe is pretty good. There are some great gigs that play from time to time, perfect for a night out if this is your local.

Food has gotten better over the years. Best kids play room. Great beers. If I want lunch and somewhere for the kids to play it s a no brainer. Clean , well presented.

My friend recently hired their function room for her 21st. The set up looked so nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though it rained the private area we had was hardly impacted.

Very nice restaurant for kids and adults. Service was good. Food was average. Not bad but not great.

I came here with a large group of 18 people and we were seated right on our booking time.

Although we have to order at the counter, the gentleman who served me was super helpful with advice and alterations for my vegan diet.

I got the avocado and pumpkin salad and added edamame beans. The salad was super fresh and full of flavour - the only downside is that it was tossed in quite a lot of oil which ruined it a bit for me.

The side of green veg was such a large portion - awesome bang for buck.

Everyone else at my table thoroughly enjoyed their meals too. Shoutouts were for the salmon an the lamb!

I will definitely be back to try the other vegan menu items.

Booked a table for 6pm arrived at 5:45pm waited to be seated next to the sign male wait staff was on the phone he asked us to come over there. Unfriendly.ordered our meal $37 for lamb chops asked for lots of gravy food arrived with an egg cup of gravy wait staff said it would be $2 for extra gravy... are you kidding.was also told had to get out after 2 hrs .. won't be back.

terribly location for a concert/event. taxi fare adds a solid $80 to the cost of going.

Very slow service for drinks in bar area with large TV screen.
One staff member ignored the people waiting to be served for drinks,mote interested in cutting up lemons.
Usually good service in this lovely Hotel.
We Australians need to learn what hospitality is about working in the industry.

It was busy, and staff seemed reasonably friendly, hard to find a car park though.

Place is great clean. Kids area is fantastic. Meal was delicious. The girl who manned the reception desk last night was rude arrogant and nasty to us and our guests she lacked any kind of customer service. She was so rude her manners were the focus of our meal conversation.

Wow they have built some huge extensions, good service and we have our business meets there.

It is a true hotel: let s start with the quality of the bedding: they use the best brand of the world: Sealy mattress. How do I know that: I have a back ache and do not sleep well at home. But after a wonderful night at the Eaton, I asked what is their secret! The team is friendly and highly professional giving you the feeling to be part of the family with the appropriate distance. Breakfast is delicious in a beautiful lounge with a delightful terrasse to enjoy a morning under the beautiful Queensland weather. The whole hotel is decorated with delicate taste, with the right blend of modernity and warmth.

Nice boutique hotel has flavours of the big expensive hotels without price tag. Black interiors are a little hard to navigate and my otherwise lovely room had a build up of dust in corners ...

Not my cup of tea but if you like drinking and socialising great place

Venue for outdoor music festival. Range of food and craft beer stalls. Although I didn't attend personally it seemed to run smoothly as reported by stall operators.

Such a great venue and restaurant. Had a lovely dinner upstairs before watching the Kooks. Will be returning again when looking for a good night out.
