Really tasty food for the price. Friendly staff. What more could you ask for

Waited 45 minutes for a "Full English Breakfast" which was cold when I eventually got it. Other people came in while I was waiting and got their food before me. Also very over priced.

Hmmm , what can I say , ordered for the first time , because sounded like nice and tasty place , but got huge disappointment in my face !
First of all ordered rice box (large) , large wasn t large at all , and from my lemon and herb chicken wasn t even smell there !
Then burrito was dry , paid for extra cheese , but couldn t find any and they forgot to put mayo in it too :/
And noodles was so bland when my two year old refuse to eat it ... so yeah won t order again ! And overpriced for that kind food and portions ...

I always order from EatBox love the food, so much choice given. Fantastic service and prompt delivery. Generous quantity at good price. Simply amazing you cannot beat this place, best food by farrrr :)

I ordered the special noodles and rice from here and it tasted amazing! You get the choice of salad and sauce. The portion size is brilliant and it is priced well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Keep it up EatBox sooooo good.

Very disappointing The chicken curry was horrible! It's old or left over from few days! The chicken it self was too dry and the rice too..soggy chips.. And the staff were not very oriented! They don't speak English or they understand!! To be be honest at the beginning we were satisfied either the services and the food! But after all this don't feel like go back again! Sorry!.

Waiting for more than 3 hrs received cold soggy food that went into bin
Next time you send cold and microwaved food. I will drive by and throw it off your window. Would not recommend this place at all

The noodles was full of nasty oil and literally 5 small pieces of prawn that can hardly be seen. Very little amount of veg. Its a Shame because the Menu mentions fresh vegetables but it looks like the veg has just disappeared.

What a beautiful food, heavenly taste. Wouldn t even think to try anything else in Preston. Thanks EatBox

Completely waste of time. Unprofessional and unreliable always forgetting orders. Also, the guys working there don t speak English. . Personally I don t recommend it to anyone.

First time been to this place, quite surprised to have such a nice breakfast. Excellent and quick service, friendly staff. Would definetally go again. :)

Quantity of meat on rice seems to be reducing from time to time. The large and Regular size have exactly same quantity of chicken and rice when asked about it previously as well staff always say next give more then why I pay now for next time and extra money for large when i get regular everytime.

This place is fantastic! I got this place recommended, so I popped in. The rice and chicken is amazing. Now i m ordering every other day, prompt delivery and excellent service. Serving style is not your usual typical takeaway. Fresh and healthy food my whole family enjoy it. Keep it up EatBox
