Lots of fun. I'm sad though that Hurricane Harvey killed the Defender video game.

Always great fun there. I grew up going there never had a problem. I take my kids now.

Nice attraction for the kids and family. Not that big but just enough games for a crowd of kiddos. Been here a few times with my daughter and she has always loved it. This time however, was her first time being able to drive the go karts on her own so she was kind of nervous about the ordeal. She did great driving, but both times she drove she had issues in returning the kart to it's appropriate lane. One time she hit the kart in front of her so hard it started a chain reaction of karts moving in front of her. Rather than the attendant(guy with the braids) working the karts having an attitude or shunning my daughter, he nicely explained to my daughter on how to slow the kart down and drive the kart. This meant a lot to me because I just knew I was going to have an issue with the employee(s) about my daughter's ineptitude of operating the kart. I really appreciate his professionalism and patience with my daughter. Also a plus about the venue, their restroom was very clean.

The restrooms are below average. Not very clean either. The go karts were excellent fun though. If you go, go for the karts and don't expect to much more.

Every one should have too follow the rules not just who the employees allow its not fare to paying customers

Me and my children always have a blast here especially on the go karts racing each other ! Fun times, very family friendly. We are never disappointed.

I like the go-karts and the retro arcade, the only thing is that the staff are pretty rude or do not care.

I paid 12 dollars for my eleven yr old grandson. The web site says 12 and under free. Rip off. So all his friend were 12 dollars too. Bull sht.

Love this place! The people are really cool & it feels like we on track longer than 4 mins plus the line moves super fast. Good job Staff

Great place to race with friends, especially on rainy days! Lots of fun. Had a birthday party here and it was a blast, the more people the longer the line to race cars. Good selection of games inside for all ages

Terribly rude people. Yelled at my child for not stopping fast enough. He was crying trying to hit the red pedal/break and it wouldn't stop. Yell at adults, ok. Yell at children? No. Will never go back and don't recommend.

Very fun prices are affordable good service clean but not selling foodwas wonderfull

We all has a blast. Adults and kiss alike couldn't a tay off the track.

My son was literally one quarter inch from the height requirement. We measured him at home and he measured the 54 inches but they wouldn't let him drive.

Need faster cars and better line management but other than that its great

Fun. Go karts, arcade, billiards. Always seems to be crowded. Pool tables are in bad shape. Machines eat your tokens.

Its all ways been a family trip there ever summer and we nevery had any problems with this place its always been very good here

The track is abit run down and pricey unless u get the 1 hour wristband (price of 3 laps)

Been trying to call all day to ask them one simple question and not once did anybody pick up. Very unprofessional and they now jst lost a party of at least 10.

Dirty. Parking is easy and getting to the place is easy. Yet walking in and it's dirty. All the games aren't wiped down so its sticky. The go cart is okay but you go on the same track over and over. They have another one but its closed. The prizes you get from the arcade is equivalent to the quarter machine prizes. And most games cost you a $1. Not worth it.

My cousin had his 12th BIRTHDAY party here the whole family had a blast.The owner and staff showed our family lots of customer appreciation.plus we could bring our own food and drinks.no alcohol.

If you go during the week on their slow hours you get about double ride time

The kids had a great time but, it was crowded. I don't know if it's like that every Saturday.

Tons of fun, especially if you drive like a maniac. The guys were really nice to me, me and my dude played pool in the lobby after a few rounds of racing.

Been coming here for so many years and it's never a dull moment. They have kept up the place very well and getting in a Go Kart is absolutely so much fun!

It's was okay i guess.. Kinda felt like I spent too much for the $25 "unlimited rides" but yet 1 hour pass. 249 is and always will be better!

Very cheap tickets that gives a lot of rides. The only thing wrong is the people who drive in the karts. The kids ran into you and once it's time to stop, they put on the brakes on the last second and crash into your back.

The games are a bit dated but the go-karts are awesome!!

Great fun place for indoor or outdoor parties, only thing is the restrooms are small..

Good if you are a teenager. Carts are slow, we paid for an hour to race, but wasnt told that only one track was open till after we started.

My son is 8 years old and wheelchair bound. They made his experience comfortable and FUN!! He even got to ride the go-carts!! This was our second time at HGP and we will keep coming back!!

If I could leave it at no stars and write the review I would. We called letting them know what we were doing they gave us the price we show up and it is double when you walk in the door. The staff was not helpful or friendly. They were unwilling to honor what they had said on the phone and just did not seem interested in our money. The place is run down and fairly unkempt. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

A little crowded and slow but overall a great time for all ages.
