Really bad. a call center bound with operators without an identification code and without any registration of complaints / conversations - ASSURDO - the regulations that regularize this service are not respected. in addition, after months of useless and unheard conversations with operators, I try to compare myself with the appropriate referent, but calling in the administrative / commercial, after the hypnotic song .... they tell me the number is non-existent !!! but then who is in these offices!?!? I strongly advise against anyone to have any relationship with this bank. based on my experience with their services, i can guarantee that i have never found a bank so little deeded to the customer. I tried with mail with null results. they gave me a telephone appointment with my "contact person" (???) after another three days. They gave me incorrect information about my checking account. The request for an appointment in person with my agency has not yet been answered.
