I strongly advise against anyone to have any relationship with this bank. based on my experience with their services, i can guarantee that i have never found a bank so little deeded to the customer. The moment I decided to close the current account, an action dictated by my desperation, I encountered numerous problems even in closing the account.
I will never trust BNL again and in particular in the headquarters in via spinelli Rome.
