messed up my meds, and left me 2 days without and not willing to accept fault and had the phone put down on me

Every month there is stuff missing had to wait for my grandmother s inhalers for almost a month there always medication miss they never tell us in advance very careless will be changing pharmacy soon rude on the phone and hang up on you aswell

We always use this pharmacy as the staff are more than helpful. Only problem is its not big enough...

Beyond excellent, they are the most efficient, friendly and perfect chemist I have ever known.

I have always been in awe at the brilliance and kindness of this pharmacy for their great organisation, friendly and accommodating team....tonight however I am truly upset at the seemingly lack of empathy and understanding towards a situation I had this evening. I popped in to ask for some potentially life saving equipment for my daughters diabetic condition....unfortunately I had ran out and was not aware until it was too late.....I was refused point blank of any help or loans insisting that the new owners would not allow me the necessary testing strips needed to help monitor my daughters and that I must have a prescription as no help would be given.....I have no choice but to change my chemist from today.....I cannot and will not have a relationship with this chemist if they refuse to help.....if I was not able to seek help from my doctor, it would of lead me into hospital for monitoring...all because of a rule that is simply pen pushing and not about the care of the sick! This is a community pharmacy, I suggest the community seek their prescriptions elsewhere....the whole experience was cold, unnerving and shockingly rude....I am disgusted!

East Point Pharmacy, All the staff there are very helpful nothing is to much of a bother for them. Its the best Pharmacy in the Lowestoft area. A very BIG THANK YOU

I only use this one because its next to my doctor's surgery and it's open fairly late so I can pop in after I finish work. But every month I pick up the same prescription and every month something is missing. They never contact you if your missing stuff has arrived. Perfect example is today I will be returning for the fourth time to pick up the remainder of this months prescription. I really need to find a better pharmacy
