Very Slow Service, Staff Come Late but have to leave on time.

Staff behaviour is good But environment is not clean and hygienic.

mtnL shud be privatised.....times up...or else it will become like AIRINDIA soon.... mtnl people at versova r very unhelpphull n lack gr8 undastanding, i hav a invested small room at versova j p rd since10 yr, i wnted a landline phn thr i gav them soceity papers share certiphicate ele bills, they 4ce me to giv them ration i say i dnt stay there hw can i hv ration or election card@address, its better i go4reliance atleast v r respected there.
in this compitition times also they dnt care4a costomer who wud handle these rude mtnl ophicers?

Although it is a typical government office (shabby, depressing), people were very helpful & courteous, which is not very common. My work got finished in a very short time.

Been living near this area for long. A centrally placed location for those who are in entertainment and media business

Im wondering why would anyone be interested in reading reviews for MTNL. Not much to expect out of an MTNL office. Certain section still patronize them so I respect them for keeping the inefficient staff employed.

Things get done at such a slow pace that I recommend you carry a sleeping bag with you to relax in their waiting rooms. For an amount of 1221 /- ... They made me get Rs 21 instead of returning the change for Rs 100 during a billpayment issue. Why couldn't they just accept cards.

Disconnecting a connection I was given a bundle of documents to sign and whole lot of papers as ID proofs. Needless to say a very senior office was just signing such documents and dumping the returned phone + modem in the same room.

It's located at the start of mahada as you enter from RTO side go straight take a left as you took a left is on the right side of you at the start

A landmark basically.Easy to notice during traffic.

Limited parking and not easy to find in heavy traffic else all sort if things available

Central location and parking lot at the way. Easy way to get access to this exchange..

Not helpful staff at all n pathetic broadband service (what else can we expect from government {whichever it may be})...

Not the best place . few staff do meet your expectations.

A known landmark. However the staff service needs to be improved upon.

Versova exchange and MTNL is using our Tax money and not doing there job Properly.
I had same experience in Goregaon exchange.
I Sincerely request Telecom Minister to Change system of Working of MTNL and save Public Money.
