Poor connection! Can not play online games, though the Eastern building just next to my condo. Disappointed internet quality. I use it just because my building only can apply Eastern for connection.

Useless Internet provider doesn't even admit that its their fault keep giving the same answer but can't fix the internet issue.
At first it's performance is very satisfactioning
But as the time goes by it's performance because a bit on the down side it still works don't get me wrong but hopefully better wifi signal... That's all

It said 3-4 days installation but only 1 week still nothing. They informed me late (after I was texted), The reason given by their employees was different as to why until now my connection is still not installed. I paid.
Update: I spent 1 year in the eastern but I had 4 problems. In those 4 times, their duration fixed the problem. He said it only took 1-3 days but it will take a few more weeks. They will ask for your time for the technical team to visit you but they will not come to talk. About 4th or 5th time you set the time they will come. You pay well, you adjust your time for the service you pay but you are still miserable. They will give the Account Manager number but they are not from Eastern. Kaloka sila. I'm going to cut it. Do not avail here.
I was advised that they can install fiber internet in my bldg, but turns out they couldn't. I had already paid 1500 for installation in November. It's already February, still no refund.
Useless service. Internet connection problem for 1 year, still not resolved. problem keep on reoccurring, and they always give the same reason why it's keep on reoccurring.
