Our company owns property with 3 rental homes in Boerne. We had a gate installed by Automatic Gates Camera's & more a 7 years ago. Everything was ok until this past year. We are having constant problems with the gate not working. AGC has been out several times over the last 3 months but cannot get the gate to work for more than 1 week at a time. The frustrating part of this is they say they are coming to work on the gate and either don't show up at all or come a week or more after I call. They promise they will be there on a specific day and do not show up and do not call to reschedule. Many times I call there office during office hours and only get a voice mail and they never return calls. On the rare occasion someone does answer they say they will pass the message to the owner or lead technician and still no one calls me. It is at the point now that our renters are threatening to move out. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They always have one excuse after another. We will be looking for a new gate company to fix what they cannot fix over a 3 month period.
