I couldn t be more happy with my Service Advisor, Jason, and the folks at Eastern Shore Toyota. While driving down to Gulf Shores from Atlanta on a Friday (5/7) the alternator failed on my Lexus. I was only going to be in Gulf Shores from Friday and would return to Atlanta on Monday (5/10). After having my vehicle towed to the dealership late Friday afternoon, Jason and his team quickly diagnosed the failed alternator and replaced it with a new one on Saturday (5/9). The car ran flawlessly on the way home and I m grateful for such amazing customer service. Thanks again!!!
