Subscriber beware. Had this company for a couple years. Was not under a contract. Continually raised my rates without consultation or approval. But the worst they did to me-

In March of 2020, at the height of the pandemic, I closed my law office and cancelled all of my bills- I wasn t printing anything. Sent an email to Eastern mpn- inquired about canceling. Didn t hear back. Called them about the same. Didn t hear back. 10 months later finally spoke to someone who agreed to cancel my account - not that I needed permission, I wasn t under contract- and now, more than a year later, I get calls all day every day from collections attempting to collect a $1,000 debt that I don t owe them.

And what was the service those 10 months? Calling twice a month to ask what the print count was on a printer I own?

Absolute rubbish of a business.

James is one of the good ones. he cares about his clients, honest, and transparent. his commitment to doing the right thing goes beyond printers. quality products and quality person.

I cannot say enough about the 1st class treatment I've had from Eastern, my copier went down and Scott and the service team -made MY problem theirs - taking a look and coming up with a solution to my copy needs - We've been a client for over 20 years and will continue !

As many of you may know Windows updates can cause all kinds of connectivity issues in office IT environments. Yesterday, we had some challenges and contacting the support department.
