I used to have a DVL maintained A/C unit in the server room at my former company, and that s why I called them for an estimate.
Called DVL to get a quote for the installation of a server room A/C unit at my current company. A tech/salesman came onsite and he looked at the job. After giving me a ballpark figure he said he would make a few calls then get back to me with an estimate. That was a couple months ago. I ve tried calling the tech several times and left voicemails for him and he never responded, I also called the main office and left messages for the tech and still haven t received a response.The person I spoke to at the office said because this particular tech came to my site they couldn t pass the call to someone else. I mentioned to her that he was not returning my calls.
Perhaps there s no shortage of work now and more and more companies are being selective about the jobs they want to take on. OK - at least return my calls and tell me you don t want / can t do the job. Can t recommend DVL to anyone. I ended up using an alternative solution.
