Great value, caring vets but there can be a bit of a wait, even when you have an appointment booked!

Young vet just left collage or young vets from different country. Wants most time blood test x-rays and ultrasound. I'm sure this is just for them to practice on.
Receptions not friendly

Wonderful. Drop off in the morning. Get the phone call, then pick up. Lovely place to have a full english opposite which sat well with me.

The vet i see is Augustin and he is very friendly and helpful to both me and my dogs. All the staff are good tho i have recommended them to all my friends.

Absolutely brilliant the staff are kind happy makes you fill at home and truthful. I have never had a shock when it comes to prices. we have a lot of pets but have only ever needed to take 3 of them but any problems with the rest we will be back to these guys. A+++++ service

Wonderful vets... very friendly and genuine care for animals. Highly recommend for care and price.

My dog is now three and we have used easipetcare in Woodley since day one.
He was neutered here too and was well looked after throughout the whole process.



The staff are friendly, well trained and love to make a fuss of all the animals who visit.

They have recently started to offer appointments - something they didn't do before. This is a good idea but they do fill up fast. Thankfully the walk in appointments are still available in the middle of the day.

The best is all I can say

Vets now are all interested in ripping the customer off...not easipetcare. Cannot thank you all enough and have restored my belief in a vetinary practice

Going to the vet with your beloved aging pet can always be a worry but I have found Easipetcare vets to be some of the most caring people I have met. My dog is happy to go there and they spend time with him putting him at ease before the consultation begins. I am so happy to have been recommended to them.

I have a ten year old dog who, up until last year has been perfectly fit and healthy. Last year she had some blood in her urine. She received a full diagnosis and treatment from easipet. She is now on a special diet and they keep a close eye on her progress. Last month she developed a dry heave and then a cough. They had her in for a day and ran loads of tests. You would expect a huge bill from that but it was amazingly good value and they told me how much it would cost right at the start. They have been absolutely brilliant and I love the walk-in facility as I am not often organised enough to book an appointment ahead of time. I thoroughly recommend them based on my experience.

Absolutely disgusted with the way my cat was treated . I discovered that his leg had been cut by the vet after I brought him back from having a standard procedure . Not only had it not been noticed and treated at the time I was then charged for the ointment required to treat it ! I did not even receive an apology. I do not recommend this practice .

Sorry this review is a bit late! Bought in my v.sick ferret Lester around 6months ago who had swallowed a bit of foam which meant he wouldn't eat, drink or wee/poo and hardly moved. Was told by the vet he needed emergency surgery as the foam had blocked his intestines. Though I love my ferret so much I would struggle to pay all the costs so after I explained my situation the vet was wonderful and kept costs to a minimum. After his op,Lester was not recovering well so needed an additional few appointments including an overnight stay which I was not charged for. Both the vet, nurses and reception girls (minus one receptionist who was rude and insensitive-but maybe she was just having a bad week?) were great and very considerate to my feelings despite being busy (I was in tears a few times at the thought of losing him!) I'm pleased to say Lester recovered fully and I'm so appreciative of what these guys did for us! Am booking him in for a castration soon and am totally confident all will be well! A special shout out to the vet who did lesters op-u were fantastic!!

Unfortunately our cat Baby was too sick to continue and the vet called me within 2 hours to break this devastating news
My daughter and I were treated so kindly and considerately and Babys life ended in a calm and peaceful way
Today I received my refund slip- yes. They had charged me for the whole day of keeping her in on fluids and as she didn't make it to lunchtime they gave me a partial refund
Also in the post was a beautifully worded condolence card with some forget me not seeds

More affordable than most vets, and the option of walk ins is brilliant.

We are first time pet parents and Easipetcare was recommended to us by immediate family who use them. Cookie and Jemima are almost three months old and the were treated with so much compassion. The vet was very reassuring as we were concerned about Cookie and his weight. I would not hesitate to go back there if we need to. Great value for money and supportive. Happy family right here. Staff are friendly. Not much time spent with my dog. Pretty much in and out. Parking has also proved problematic when you are running late and trying to find exact change for the parking metre.

We were recommended to the vets for a second opinion, they were thorough and were honest, explored every avenue but unfortunately we had to make that hard but right decision to have our pet dog put down on Sunday, the vets were amazing, they were compassionate and gave us time to say our goodbyes. The female vet ( sorry I don t know her name) even sheds tear with us! I could have not asked for a better service, albeit a sad ending. Thank you for all you did that day for us, from the bottom of my heart.

Today Wednesday we received a card in the post with some for-get-me-not seeds, you again had me and my dad in tears. What a lovely gesture and shows us that you really do care.

Always great value for money. More importantly they seem to care about your pet as if it was their own. Always make them feel relaxed and happy

A friendly vets, who put you at ease when your pet is ill. Explanations were given for all treatment and medications my cat needed. Reception and consulting rooms are clean and quiet as practice works an appointments only system.

Great value vets. They are great with my nervous dog. It used to have a bit of a problem with always having a different vet but they seem to be maintaining their staff recently which is nice.

Everyone at Easipet is wonderful - especially the receptionists! We use them regularly for a local dog rescue and they couldn't be more helpful, despite some of our hounds not even having names when they get there. Good value too.

We went to easipetcare in Woodley with one of our guinea pigs, which had lost a lot of weight.

We saw a vet called Olga. She was so caring and was prepared to go the extra mile to help my daughter's beloved pet.

When we returned for a follow up it seemed clear to me that Olga had done lots of research and was armed with the specialist knowledge which the situation required. We had also done research, and It seemed clear to us that Olga was prescribing the right treatments.

She went much further to save the life of our pet. and the cost was very reasonable too. Whilst he isnt yet back to full health our pet is improving now thanks to Olga and easipetcare.

Walk-in appointments are so useful. Great prices. My dogs have always been well cared for here

Fantastic vets, excellent service and excellent prices.

Incompetent vet cost the life of my dog! After fighting off 2 nasty UTIs this summer, I was certian my dog was having another, I even suggested running a test, but this chap claimed that my dog was fine, just suddenly, and severely, incontinent. Several days later my dog was pissing blood and I took him to another clinic. They ran a urine specimen and he did have a uti, e-coli! They put him on the proper antibiotics, but it was all too much for him by that point and a week later severe enemia and organ failure took his life. Im furious with easipetcare. Sure, they are cheap and chearful, but they are so lax in their housekeeping, I wouldnt be surprised if he picked the bug up from there.

This place is both very cheap for the service you receive and very helpful. Would recommend this place as a good vets for your pets. Easy to contact and had no issues with them.

Been using this branch for around 3 or 4 years now. I found them when I decided to get a puppy from one of our litters neutered and realised vets in and around Windsor charge double! Though nervous, I gave them a go and have never looked back!
We have the annual injections here, 3 dogs have been "done" (both genders) and they always quote worst case scenario so we can budget when we can get it done. We have also had nail clipping and anal glands done. Always a good experience and other customers we've met in reception are always happy too.

Quite like this place, staff are very friendly with pets, reasonable prices.
One bad thing is the time keeping. Every time we go for an appointment, we always have to wait 30-45 mins.

I travel over ten miles to see the vets here, they are very helpful and all staff try their best to help both in the practice and advise over the phone, prices are just fantastic, sometimes half the price of other vets but you get twice the amount of customer service!
Just wish I lived a bit nearer!

The EasiPet Woodley staff are interactive, friendly and very reassuring. It was my first visit to them today since moving to Woodley and I think they'll be my cats' Vets for life.

Excellent. They have a drop in clinic which was just what I needed. My pet was seen and treated in the same day. Very professional and caring.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
There's a separate waiting room for cats away from dogs which is a very good idea.

Cheap but not so cheerful. Place is pretty unclean, and the receptionist is very blunt. Vet was quite nice to talk to, and was good with our dog.

It was absolutely the worst decision to have to let my beloved 16 year old cat Tabitha go. I would like to commend the young locum Vet Miguel for his time, care and empathy when diagnosing and giving a clear prognosis. He gave Tabs some treatment which gave her a more comfortable week.and gave us time to make the dreaded decision.

I would also like to thank Jake who came to the house with Miguel to end her life, for his care and reassurance that it was the right time, not for me but for my dear Tabs.

The staff at the surgery are brilliant, friendly and very accomodating. Amazing service. Keep up the good work :)

My dog needed emergency surgery and the staff plus awesome vet handled my hysteria amazingly. They respected my concerns and appeased them beautifully. My beautiful girl is on the mend because of them. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

Good place to keep your pet healthy. One of the staff members spelled my name, surname wrong as well as the address and postcode wrong. I'm not sure what has happened but it was weird. Got it fixed by one of the staff who work as a vet.

Amazing vets, always kind and helpful, cheap comparing to others but not compromising the care. Care is fantastic, it's easy to get an appointment or just pop in in case of emergency. I do highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic vets especially Darota, they really do care for your pet as if it was there own. I had to take my dog in as he couldn t stand up, they said bring him straight down. I was shown straight away into a consultation room and was seen by the vet within minutes. I really am grateful to Easipetcare and will recommend them to anyone.

I took my dog there with a problem. Charged me 76 pounds to see a vet in her 20`s with little experience My dog is still ill and now will take it to a better vet. I won't use this vet practice again.

This place is an absolute joke! They claim to be low cost vets who care but clearly that is not the case from my experience with them. The young lady on the desk is very rude and doesn't seem to have any care for customers, how she gets away with talking to customers so disrespectfully. I also know someone else who went here and had exactly the same problem. It's cheap for a reason so enter at your own risk! I have now found a much better vets who actually care for customers unlike these bunch of muppets!! A word of advice -sack the rude lady at the desk and find a better one who will do her job properly!

Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable waiting time

Had to go in to the practice yesterday to pick up my dogs medication. Unfortunately there had been a minor miscommunication which meant his eye drops were instead tablets. After some investigation it transpired the tablets were over 3x the cost of the drops. The vets and front desk staff all went out of their way to try and remedy the situation in any way they could! Thankfully because they really care, and they don't want to see customers getting ripped off. I'm on my way now to get the drops and I'm exceptionally happy as my boy is family.
At the risk of sounding cheesy: they really live up to their name of 'easy pet care'

EDIT: With my dogs medication he ended up having to go from eye drops to actual insulin. The vets were very whimsical about his dosage and I think were just guessing?....a fortnight later I'd been having problems throughout with him and they told me to increase the dosage by 0.5 as he was a bit wobbly and not right. Transpired after taking him to another vet practice the following day, that I was sending him hypoglycemic by overdosing him by over double what he should've been on!!!! I was giving my 22.5kilo collie 16.5mg of insulin when I should've been giving him 8mg!!....their misdiagnosing NEARLY KILLED MY BLOODY DOG!!!!!! they're cheap for a reason is all that needs to be said!

Polite & happy staff, clean surgery with separate seating areas for cats & dogs if needed. Much cheaper than most vets.

Very unhelpful. Thought it was OK to diagnose a very sick cat over the phone. FYI It was not a abscess, it was a very aggressive cancer tumour. They wanted to keep a cat in pain for 6 additional days. They do not care. They should be closed for animal cruelty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have never been to a worse vet practice in my life. Here I experienced some awfully rude receptionists and that's the least of my concerns. This vet practice changed my dogs life for the worst. She was here to be Spay, they did this in two hours and said she was ready to be collected. As I started my journey I got an abrupt phone call, saying there were some complications (Not elaborating or explaining) - This caused me to worry.

It turned out my dog has a haemorrhage near her stomach and this was 'Fairly normal' given the procedure. I had to take my dog home watching her shake with fear and discomfort. They even ticked "given cone" when no cone was supplied. No proper explanation about this was given to me, and when I took my dog back for a check-up she cowered and shook when the same vet walked in...
Overall my experience was horrifying for me, but 10 times more horrifying for my pet - and for that reason, I do not recommend easipetcare whatsoever.

Not overpriced, always provide excellent customer service and vets who genuinely care about the pets they treat.

The vets here care about our pets. I travel from Farnborough to reading. So caring which is what I love the most.

Fantastic caring staff greeted me and put me at ease. I was informed of the cost and there were no hidden extras. When I collected my dog I was given brilliant aftercare advice. This was probably my 10th visit and have always been treated well and my dogs have been well cared for. The value for money along with the service received was amazing if I could I would give them 6 Stars.

After waiting over one hour, the vet made the wrong diagnosis and precrbied the wrong medication which would have worsened the dogs illness. A letter to the practice was not even responded to. I would never go back there, nor recommend anyone to do so. Pets are part of the family, and this should be remembered when considering your vet. This service was shameful

Always very friendly. Vets are welcoming & actually care for the animals they see. Value for money and an excellent service all round.
