These guys are great for routine things but anything more advanced stay well clear

Would recommend, vets are kind and compassionate. We had our 14 year old dog put to sleep and the experience was dignified and peaceful thanks to the lovely vet. We were also sent a card with forget me nots which was a thoughtful touch. Thank you easipetcare.

We used to love them because they had a great vet (Lou) and are comparatively cost effective.

However last week we went for boosters of our cats to a different vet in the practice. Both in the vaccinarion books and on the vet record it clearly shows they do NOT get felV vaccination because they are indoor cats and the vaccination can cause Vaccine-Associated Sarcomas.

I was distracted with keeping the girls calm and didn't notice that the vet just gave both of them the felV jab - without asking us!

When calling them later (when we noticed from the labels in our vaccination books) they acted completely nonchalant about it. It's a big deal for me, they simply ignored our wishes and put our cats to unnecessary risk.

It is well known that felV vaccine is unnecessary for indoor cats and nowhere do they still do that as standard apart from the UK. Also, IF you do this vaccination you do NOT do in together with the normal booster in one needle. The new recommended guidelines are to do felV in the leg. Mixing the vaccines and putting them in one spot is an outdated method.

We are not at all happy about the vets using completely outdated policies and simply ignoring our wishes. Definitely not using them again.

Dreadful and traumatic experience. Rude and unsympathetic receptionists and inexperienced vet who caused additional cost and trauma by misdiagnosis of simple condition.
They do not follow up as promised and no correct advice given.
Terrible.

I would get on he local Facebook groups and read peoples experiences with this vet.

Our female dog was spayed here earlier this week. Excellent service. This was our dogs first interaction with the vets and we were very pleased with the excellent service they provided to us and her. Great value for money too. Highly recommend.

My mother recently visited easipetcare with our elderly cat with an unusual fast growing lump on her neck. The vet from what I gathered was very rude to my mother and made her feel like a really horrible pet owner and she came home in floods of tears, not very helpful and not needed and also nearly 80 pounds down.

The vet explained the problem was either an internal abscess or teeth problems or lymph node problems that would need lots of further extensive treatments and blood tests (Meaning a very expensive process) which my mum was of course willing to do as it is my grandads cat who passed this time last year and we love her very dearly. My cat was sent away with a a 9 day course of antibiotics and anti inflammability drugs and asked to come back 3 days later!? Odd.

The most hilarious and concerning part of this event was that I took one look at my cat and examined her properly only to discovered it was an external abscess from an obvious cat fight wound that was infected. What a competent and rigorous vet. I drained, flushed and dealt with the wound myself having done the same to my other cat before and can tell she felt immediate relief! Straight back to purring and being her usual happy self, eating and obviously 100% more comfortable, and it s already healed. It s a real shame and an embarrassment that I m writing this as our previous experiences have been fantastic and we always recommended this service to our friends. But to have my mother made to feel a bad caregiver when a vet doesn t even see something clearly so obvious? Take a closer look next time. Utter joke.

Rang at 5pm, as my cat has been Sick for the past 2 days, and they got us in for 6.40. receptionist was very helpful. Got there and were seen in 10 minutes. The vet was so re-assuring and gentle with our cat gizmo. Couldn't fault they're help . Highly recommend them. Thanks.

The prices are good. However we were late for our appointment (our mistake) and they wouldn't see us. Rebooked the following week and waited 30 mins past our appt time. Understand about emergencies but we were in and out in 5 mins.

Best vets ever been to, dogs are seen with not much waiting time and compared to other vets their prices are the cheapest, highly recommend

This is the cheapest and most reasonable place for pets if you want a vet that will take of your pet.

Helped us over the phone when our dog had an accident at 7pm and inspected her the next day.

These people are amazing, kind, understanding and thoughtful. We only found them after a very expensive and bad experience with our local vet where we had taken our elderly cat Pickle. Easi Care had a look at her and confirmed what we already expected that she was near the end of her life. They did not try to force unnecessary and distressing procedures and tests on her and agreed with us that as long as she had quality of life that leaving her alone to do what she wanted was the best thing. Sadly the time came on a Sunday, when we arrived we were shown into a room straight away, the nurse was lovely and kind as was the vet. We have never had such brilliant care from a vet practice before, they even sent us a condolence card that is so wonderful and caring. Of course their prices are much cheaper than other vets but I would have paid more for the service they provided us. Thank you so much Easi Care!

Hard to not like the prices the vets are always good. I use to for easy visits gets a bit harder when there's a bigger problem but vacs and neutering perfect

Yesterday my dogs were attacked by a swarm of wasps in ASHENBURY Park. My pug Ralph was totally covered. Through the quick action of my husband getting him to Easipetcare reading The team Nurse Noemi, Vet Renee, receptionists Emma and Sacha being ready and dealing with Ralph immediately suffering with anaphylactic shock they against the odds saved his life. Suffering 20 stings they worked so well on him. Can't thank you all enough, I will recommend you to ALL absolutely 5 Star treatment at an amazingly affordable price. Thank you for saving my baby xx Extremely caring, fabulous team.

Hi My name is Pippin I am 11 months old and my mum took me to easi pet care reading on the 23rd September to have my bits removed ): The Experience for me was a bit traumatic as us men can understand but the care I received was 2nd to none,great staff, careing and even took me walkies but I did try and go to waitrose for some chicken (: I will be taking all my friends to easipet best ever thanks so much(: ps can you post my bits back to me so I may look at them now and then (: Hugs and Licks Pippin xxxxxxx

Cheap but quality of advice and diagnosis varies a lot. Do both appointments and drop in and are open 7 days a week. Best vets are Dorota and Louise. For some of the others, English seems to be 4th language.

Very good customer service over the phone and in person. The vets are very caring and focused on your specific needs. Very good when it comes to overall experience and cost. Good location as parking is a few steps away with plenty of disable parking available.

Good reasonably priced Vets and it's in Woodley in Wokingham not Reading! Only complaint is you have to pay to park in the nearby carpark

The vets were great with my dog but we won't be coming back based on how utterly rude the receptionists are - I saw four different receptionists and none of them looked like they wanted to be there. Would suggest some training in customer service.

Cracking vetinary surgery. Literally one 10th the price of what some places were trying to charge me to fix up a hole in my cat and it is now 2 years since that and she is still perfect so they did a great job at an incredible price. Since then I'm now using them for the yearly checks and drops and pills and what not and they are still saving me money year in year out and they are also nice and friendly to boot...

Poor customer service.
Wants me to pay for a telephone consultation when I've already explained the issue and my dog needs emergency care.. only care about money. The claim to be able to diagnose conditions over the telephone. Joke

Finally a vets that actually care about their animals than the money in their pocket. Veterineries in Reaging take note!!
