Easipetcare Reading Review

Easipetcare Reading have treated my dogs and cats. They were caring, commicated well and much cheaper than any other vets I have ever used.

We took out the 365 plan on both our dog Shelby and cat Hugo and after receiving a reminder text today took Hugo for his annual health check and booster. The vet was lovely and kind and really loved animals and it was lovely to see. The experience was thorough and trouble free and we can manage to take care of our extended family pets by paying the monthly plan. I would thoroughly recommend Easipetcare for their professionalism, expertise and very caring attitude.

My dog was seriously attacked by another dog, I phoned them and they told me I would be seen straight away. I got there and omg the receptionists were rude and had no idea of how serious my dogs injuries were, they told me I had to wait ten minutes in waiting room surrounded by dogs, my dog collapsed through fear and shock. Then they decided to get help, but continued to be rude. The vet was fantastic and did everything she could to make sure my dog was well looked after. Then the experience was ended on a bad note as receptionists continued to be rude because they had to wait ten minutes to be paid. The receptionists let the whole vets down. I will never let my dog suffer their care again. DISGUSTING

Much better now they have appointment system. Went in on time vet was one we had not had before he was very good very caring and very helpful.

Staff very friendly .. clean and tidy ..excellent service every time. Cost wise amazing such good value with excellent service no hidden costs .10 out of 10 every time...

Excellent vets that really care about your pets that don t rip you off in the process. Highly recommend taking your fur babies there.

Always has good experiences at Easipetcare, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and depending what I need I like the fact that you can now book appointments or go in and wait.

The staff were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. The vet was professional and reassuring. All in all, it was a great experience using them at very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend then.

Excellent vets! Very fair pricing. My dog can be a very tricky customer when it comes to clipping his nails and at the end of a long day for them they were happy to take on the task (took 2 of them) and they didn t complain or get frustrated and tried to keep him calm throughout. Excellent service would highly recommend this vets.

Take that star as a minus!! AVOID!! at all cost the place is filthy, floors are visibly dirty as you walk on them your shoes stick to them! The table scales looked as though a very muddy cat had walked over them, the table should be wiped down after each animal this still had fur from another animal all over it! the doors have brown grim on the people hight! No hint of disinfectant smell anywhere, I ve heard bad things about this place and now I have seen for myself, would never take my pet there! Just because a place is cheaper it doesn t mean it s any good!

Seemed a good vet,long waiting times though but worth it for the cheap price

I recently visited this vets as our dog was very seriously sick. Unfortunately we had to have our beloved pet put to sleep but I can not praise the vet and staff highly enough. They were really lovely and caring. I would really recommend this vets to everyone. I even received a lovely card from them today expressing sympathy along with some forget me not seeds to plant in memory of Jay. Thank you so much for all you did for us.

I took my cat to this vets a few days ago and I will never go back,it was really packed ,and I was told the wait would be around one and a half hours and I thought well I will have to wait,in the end it was just over an hour,the vet was very helpful,but my cat is still unwell,the reception staff are so miserable no smiles,no caring nature ,I have manners and was very polite to them but they just made me feel I was an inconvenience,i know it was busy and maybe they can't cope but that's not our fault we just want to make sure our pets are well .

This veterinary practice has always treated my little miniature schnauzer Ellie. I lost my little pet this year from serious illness. They were so very sympathetic when I lost her.

Reliable, trustworthy and clean. Friendly staff who are well informed.

Please do not send take your pets to Easipetcare Vets. My daughter recently worked there & the amount of unqualified staff is completely unprofessional.
She was monitoring anaesthetics, & asked to do injection without the right qualified.
Due to being under staffed & not having relevant qualifications animals died & suffered as they were not properly monitored. One dog died just from being spayed. We are a pet loving family & if I can warm one person from loosing there pet then I hope this review helps.

A bit rushed, thought my dog was having a checkup... was there 5 minutes... didnt feel valued at all!

This vet practice is the only place I recommend if you want a vet that cares about the animal and not the money there friendly and do care about the animala I went to one vet with a dear not long ago and got turned away as it dident have anything obviously wrong so couldn t put in down this vet spent 20 to 30 min checking it over and giving lots of advise on what to do next

Easipet care in Woodley is by far the best vets practice in Reading. They have treated my dog Veda and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They actually really care about what they do and about my dog, which is a more than what can be said for other vets I have seen. Their desire to help my pet whilst explaining what they have diagnosed and how they will treat is brilliant. The service is amazing and great value for money. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommend the friendly and exceptional people at Easipet care.

I have only visited this vet twice but both times was during the 'walk in ' period ie I did not make an appointment .... both times I was seen quickly and efficiently and the cost was very reasonable .. well recommended

Receptionist very rude, no manners, uncaring, unfriendly, unprofessional......puts you off going there again!
When you go to a vet, you and your pet are stressed, so the last thing you need is someone like that!

I found the Vets being professional and caring...pity about the "front desk"!
They need some serious traning in customer care and service!

So much better with the appointment system, it was always a bit hit and miss with the older turn up and wait method. The new waiting room for cats is much better too, albeit a little small, but less stress than sitting amongst a waiting room full of larger dogs. Treatment has always been good so far and the vets seem to really love the animals. Pricing is good too compared to a lot of other vets nearby.

They are amazing. Inform us about all costs and different packages that would suit our dogs better and be cheaper and more cost effective. Also, one of our dogs passed away and we informed them to remove him from their database as he had died and a few days later unexpectedly we had a sorry for you loss card and was really heart warming.

Terrible care for my dog, they took out two teeth when it was not needed, We have proof that my dog's teeth were fine, the vet argued that the teeth were wobbily and once I had shown proof they went on to blame it on my dog's weight, she is More

Excellent staff-THEY CARE AND YOU CAN FEEL THAT AS WELL

Easipet care is a lovely local vets. It s competively priced. Personally I find it very convenient for working families who may not find it easy to attend appointments easily, either because of work commitments or animals not always being home when you need to get them there!!! I have found the vets to be friendly and informative and think of the animals welfare at all times.

We have always been very well treated here and our pets have been made to feel very comfortable. The prices are very good. Sometimes you do wait two hours but we have come to expect this.

A totally professional experience! I had to take my 14 year old adopted cat to be put to rest, as he had too many illnesses and was in pain . The staff members were so compassionate and prompt in their service . I did not have to wait and they dealt with us with total dignity . They even sent me a card after my Fluffy had passed . The prices are amazingly cheap. I left my my old vets for over 6 years to join Easi pet care . Totally recommended .

It is a great vets but bear in mind even with booked appointments you still might have a wait. Unfortunately they were running 45 minutes behind the other day. I wasn't too bad but my dog was getting rather fed up A shame there was no acknowledgement of the wait or apology.. But it's great value so I won't complain too much. Ideal with routine checks, vaccinations and minor ailments

Been taking my pets there for a year now very good there, and they always come across as very careing.

Never had any issues here. My dog Is quite reactive but the vet settled her, and was very comfortable and quick.

The staff at Easipetcare in Woodley always greet us and remember me and my dog - and my previous dogs! I am impressed by their communication within the practice - messages about prescriptions or dates, and other details are relayed instantly. The atmosphere is professional but calm and welcoming. Animals and their owners are relaxed in the waitingarea because of the pleasant atmosphere. This, with the very affordable charges, make it the best vets I have ever been to - and I.'ve had dogs and cats for over 40 years

Overall not a bad place but my last visit meant waiting in an overflowing waiting room. The details on the computer system were wrong and it all just took an age to sort. Staff are friendly and seem to know what they're doing but as it's low cost it popular and busy
