My business has been working closely with Earl's Organic Produce since 2011. From my experience they are the most professional and friendly organic produce distributors in the Bay Area. My business, Golden Gate Organics receives daily deliveries from Earl's and they always exceed my expectations. They have even made special deliveries to me on occasion even when an ordering mistake was my fault. Their sales team is really dependable and extremely knowledgeable about their organic produce and the local farms it comes from. They really care about their clients and their organic produce. Earl and the team visits all the farms they buy produce from. This gives me confidence in the local organic produce that we order from them. I really can't sing their praises enough. The value you receive with Earl's Organic Produce is not obvious at first glance but is an unmistakable and core piece of their business philosophy.

The receiving warehouse was rude, disrespectful, and lazy. It was if they were doing me the favor to take the product that they had ordered. This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star that is on there. Never in all my time as a truck driver have I ever come across a sorry excuse for a person who clearly hates his job and wants it known that if he is miserable so will everyone around be as well. If you have to ever deliver there, good luck and maybe bring bail money just in case.
