We can't ask for a better professional level of service from anywhere else. Not only SM shown up as committed, they were thorough and carefully handling everything, from the cleaning task, to packing task, to hauling task. Marty was great with handling our first frantic call for help and sending the cleaning crew (John and Steve(?) - Thank You!) out within the next hour, making our family felt that we are going to be OK from our initial shock for having the broken pipe damaging the whole first floor. Jennifer was also awesome for directing her crew to pack our stuffs through a well-organized manner. While we do not wish such disaster happen to anyone as it is so stressful and scary, we highly recommend SM to everyone in the time of needs! Thank you!

I transferred to another franchise a while back to advance my career, but I will tell you first hand that they treat their employees like family. Their managers are honest, good people. The team treats every customer with the best of care. I highly recommend them as an employer, and they have my complete trust if I ever need their services on my rental house in SE Portland.

They brake everything and did not take pictures that they charged for

ServiceMaster came out within hours after hiring them to dry out my house from flood damage. The personnel were all knowledgeable and hard working. Even the president showed up help finish the job. I would definitely recommend them if you have a problem.

When you have a flooded house and are all stressed out, it s nice to have someone take the time to talk you through the process and keep in touch with all the way though until their part of the problem is solved. Excellent service!!! Had a pin leak in a pipe to my water heater that was discovered 3 days prior to me going out of town on business. ServiceMaster did all the abatement while I was out of town. They were very professional. And was very happy that they were aware and supportive of no allowing my 2 cats to get out of the house while they were servicing my home.

Servicemaster of Portland helped me with a fairly significant water loss that occurred at one of my rental properties. Not only were they timely and professional with the handling of the water damages that occurred, they went the extra mile to work directly with my (at times difficult) tenant to arrange and coordinate the work that needed to be done. Highly recommend and would use again.

My basement flooded with feces and water. Everything was wet or ruined. I began looking for a company that could arrive right away and help me decide how to manage this terrible mess.
Service Master came to the rescue! Not only did they show up immediately, they began rescuing most of my items, hauling out the things that needed to be thrown out, began cleaning up the mess, offered resources for things they don t do themselves and saved my sanity.
I would highly recommend anyone to make this company your FIRST call if you ever have a damaged area that needs a crew to help.

Josh and the guys were very good. Always kept in contact. Considering all that needed done, i was very pleased with how quick and efficient they were. I called a few times because i was really impatient and wanted things done quick( as i'm sure everyone does) They were always very accommodating , friendly and returned calls so quickly i felt a little bad. These folks really are Service Pro's. Hard to see it being done any better. Thanks to Josh, Marty and everyone for making my problem easier to bare.

ServiceMaster of Portland is great to work with. We had an emergency with a partial flooded basement in a rental. They were quick to respond and communicate with our tenant on arrival and plans of action. Will certainly be using them again if necessary that is.

Service Master has cleaned our carpets a couple of times now. Both have been done extremely well.

The most recent time the whole process was phenomenal. From setting it up with Jeremiah to the service technician Eric (who was awesome) and payment with the office, Holly and Jennifer all went extremely well.

When I had a water line break that damaged much of my basement, Service Master was super prompt on removing the water damaged flooring, drying the basement, scheduling asbestos abatement for old tile, & storing all my possessions while we dealt with all of the above. Everyone that I worked with there was friendly, prompt, & very helpful. They made a very stressful situation (water leak right before I was leaving for a 10 day vacation) as easy for me as it could be. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves with water damage

Marcel and Chris arrived ahead of schedule and treated the entire project with meticulous care. A major bonus was their friendliness and assurance that they would do everything they could to protect our home from any mold spreading beyond the affected area and to protect our health in this time of corona virus. Marcel s kindness and consideration were extraordinary as well so respectful and attentive to detail. Couldn t be happier! And they came in at half the estimated cost always a plus!

We had a sudden water leak and requested help on Thursday night at 7:30. Isiah and his team were at our house by 11:30 PM. His follow up, consideration for our situation was greatly appreciated and I would recommend ServiceMaster of Portland to anyone, and consider yourself lucky if you get the crew with Isiah Dukes.

Joel, Marcel & Jeff did a great job, assisting us after a pipe break . They were polite, professional and emphatic. They explained every step they plan to take, called every day to check-in and were very supportive.

My manager/ owner of my apartments negligently flooded my house. Servicemaster was called. It did not go smoothly. They changed my move back in date 6-8 times. Went from 2 weeks estimate to 39 days little by little. They didn't enter my house for 2 weeks of those 39 days. The project manager, Eric, said lots of people had it much worse when I expressed disappointment and stress over the date changes. When I got back home it was a disaster. The workers left feces in my tub, my stroller disappeared, they broke my washer, they left the lockbox with keys in it open on my door, and all my furniture in a pile in the living room, left trash and nails and empty cans of refreshments all over the house. Didn't seal the toilet, didn't nail down baseboard, didn't cover electric outlets, etc, etc, oh my dear goodness, etcetera some more. I don't recommend Servicemaster. They don't give a hoot and treated me as a maid and a nuisance.

I am a survivor of sexual assault and it was emotionally traumatic and a big, tangible danger to myself and my 3-year old to leave the lockbox open. I had to scrounge for Eric's apology. He gave it very grudgingly and I believe he was irritated at my distress.

They were on time, courteous, but a little short sighted with finishing their work (per contractor). They were good as far as I'm concerned!

This company responded quickly to mitigate my overflowing toilet that caused water damage to several rooms in my house. Everyone was polite, friendly, efficient and professional. I was very happy with the work they did and their willingness to work around my schedule and to go above and beyond.

Just had my 20 year old carpets cleaned. They look so nice, as if they were new again. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the person showed up on time. He was very professional, worked hard, and communicated what he was doing. I would recommend Service Master of Portland.

Josh installed fans and a dehumidifier in my kitchen after a dishwasher leak. He returned each day to check the dryness and repositioned the equipment to be most effective. Each day he arrived on time, was courteous and professional, removed all debris from the day's work and left my kitchen clean. I am very pleased with the service he and Service Master provided.

My family has had two water damage disasters in 5 years. Both times service masters has assisted in damage mitigation and restoration. They have been reliable, punctual and flexible. I recommend their service.

ServiceMaster did a great job for us. A rodent, attempting to establish a drinking fountain, bit a water line in the crawl space and water sprayed into the underside of the sub-floor of the master suite. ServiceMaster came with fans and dried the floor from above and from within the crawlspace. At one point, a recommendation was made to cut a big hole in the floor, but they respected our wish not to do that. The floor dried with fans and we had the carpet reinstalled. The rodent had been residing in the crawl space because I had been feeding squirrels in the back yard. That practice was discontinued.

Came out found my problem .. so, I could it fixed before more damage acured!

Mike was proactive in communicating his arrival time, and when in our home was respectful, thorough, and reassuring.

When you call ServiceMaster it is seldom because things are going well in your life! Water damage can be very stressful and Mike and his team really do their best to take away whatever stress that is within their control and definitely strive to avoid adding additional stress. I really appreciated their handling of the situation. The pack-out crew was great and always asked questions if they had any concerns on an item they were packing.

ServiceMaster cleaned-up a mess left by another contractor. They created an envelope around the work area (in the center of our house), removed the moldy wallboard, treated the mold, removed the HAZMAT material and cleaned up the area. When they removed the envelope the house was clean. ServiceMaster arrived on time with professionally trained personnel, completed the work on time and billed exactly 'as agreed'.

I have 30 years of construction management experience and rarely encounter contractors who do everything exactly right. ServiceMaster is one of the few who totally meet that criteria.

I would absolutely use ServiceMaster again and recommend you use them. You won't be disappointed.

In the aftermath of a blockage in the main sewer line of my house and subsequent flooding of the lower level with waste water, my Farmer's Insurance sent Servicemaster to clean up. It could have been an awful experience, but wasn't! Dave Olsen, chief cleaner-upper, was a ray of sunshine. He left me completely at ease that he was handling it, took care to explain the process, and took all the worry away. Dave always kept in touch about progress, always showed up when he said he would, always did a beautiful job of sanitizing and cleaning up the most awful of messes. We usually ended up laughing about it. Then Manuel Avila came in near the end, with a crew of ladies to sanitize the moldings before they were re-installed, and he was great, too. They had a very efficient assembly line going and the moldings were done in a jiffy, leaving me, as per usual....happy!

Great workers. nice job. Cleaning crew was awesome as were painters!

Excellent work and cleanup. My only negative thought was instead of completing their work in two visits. They took 4 visits each of which I never knew when they would return. So our home was torn up for two weeks before our contractor could start the repairs.
