Went to the luau at Marriot off of the Norwegian cruise ship. What a waste of money and time.

We had a wonderful tour of the Waimea Canyon and Fern Grotto! Our tour guide, Nani, was a delight and most knowledgeable guide. When in Kauai ask for Nani and you will be so happy with the tour and having her as your guide! Kudos to Nani and hope to see you when we come to Kauai!

Movie tour was dismal. Pickup for all the hotels was 8am, so many were as much as 1/2 hr late. Video of movie clips was poorly done, with way too many B movies. Tour guide was rambling and disorganized. Route was not plotted efficiently. We gave up after an included, dismal lunch and Ubered home.

Took two different tours with this company and both were awful. Do not waste your money or time. The movie tour had us waiting in a Walmart parking lot, then after their own confusion we left to go pick up other guests then transferred buses. Wasted half our day sitting on the bus before they got started on the actual tour. Second tour the canyon tour, again waste of a day. Do yourself a favor and drive yourself or use a different company.

I am very impressed with the business practices of this company. We have been using them for years to get to and from the airport. We are flying off island on Saturday and booked our airport shuttle two months ago for a 5am pickup. I received a call a few days ago informing me that as 12/15/19 they no longer pick up at my resort (Kaha Lani), prior time 7:30am. That was a huge problem since I fly out at 6:30am. I tried to get a taxi, but none will pick up that early. I checked my Uber App at 5am the following morning and there were no drivers available. I explained the situation to the girl at Roberts Hawaii, explaining that I booked by shuttle and flight prior to them changing their pick up times. The manager ,Lee, called me back and said she would make a one time exception and will have a shuttle here at 5am on Saturday so I could make my flight. She even gave me her cell number and home number in case my driver doesn t show up in time. That is going above and beyond what I expected. I will continue to use Roberts Hawaii for my airport shuttle, I ll just make sure my flight is after 8:30am in the future.

The movie tour was the highlight of my stay on Kauai. Our tour guide Wendy and driver Chubby were so great at helping the handicaped . And explaining every place on the tour with excellent knowledge and humor. Thank you for a great experience.

I don't understand why I have to pay double price just because I'm traveling on my own. It should be the opposite! Solo travelers need shuttles beacause they can't afford a taxi on their own. Not fair!

Excellent service, I used them instead of another local company and they were so much more efficient, friendly and their prices were lower too. I highly recommend this company for shuttle services from Hawaiin airports. Terrace service, better pricing then Speedi Shuttle and my driver Athony was fantastic. They do tours as well and I recommend them highly.

You left a passenger stranded in Kapaa this morning. She was headed to the airport. I hope she doesn't miss her flight. I guess you get what you pay for unfortunately Sunday July 10

I had such a pleasant day out in Kaua'i with Roberts Hawaii. It was so easy from the booking to pick up to being dropped off at the end of the day. We went to a lot of the sights I had been wanting to see plus a few extras I didn't know about. Our guide, Larry, was full of information and knew the answer to nearly all of our questions. The bus was comfortable and the other passengers were so lovely, I even made a few friends!
