Took Pearl Harbor it was amazing, yet at the same time sad. Ronaldo was an excellent and very knowledgeable guide and had a good sense of humor too! Took tour 1/15/21. Would highly recommend this tour!

I don't know where to begin. This was my third visit to Oahu and my third time to do a Pearl Harbor tour (the last two times were with different operators). One of the main reasons I picked this operator is because we were staying at Aulani in Ko Olina. Most of the other operators would have required me to drive to Honolulu to catch their bus, but E Noa provided pick-up and drop off service at the hotel (this is what got them two stars instead of one).

Our driver was either Donny or Danny (bus T-75 on October 26, 2016).

First complaint - the trolley we were on was no appropriate for tours. The engine was in the back along with the A/C units. Unfortunately, we were stuck in the back with a group of obnoxious adults that wouldn't be quiet while the driver was talking. Other near the middle and back were also frustrated that they couldn't hear the driver. The driver would start talking softly and people would be yelling for him to speak up.

Second complaint - the last two operators I was with were AMAZING about sharing stories about Hawaii's culture and history. So much so, they were always talking and filling your mind with cool & fun facts at each stop. It was like being a kid at story time - sitting on the edge of your seat for what would come next. Instead, there were people having to shout their questions and in some cases he didn't know the answer...I was shocked...he spent more time talking about sports than the history of the island.

Last complaint - reiterate in bold highlighted yellow letters on your website that when booking a tour to the Arizona or Missouri that NO BAGS are allowed in, but be very specific about the kind of bag. My wife brought a small bag thinking it would be ok, but nope....we, along with over half of the others on the bus, had to waste time dropping off and picking up our bags at the bag storage area. In short, just tell people NO BAGS - PERIOD! Some people made the assumption they could stay on the bus, it they can't because the bus is searched for bags prior to going over to the Missouri.

Really had a wonderful time on the North Shore Oahu tour (#44) with our guide, Reynold. He shared lots of stories about local history and humorous anecdotes. We especially enjoyed how knowledgeable he was about all aspects of Hawaiian culture and language. Our guide was a native Hawaiian, and it was a pleasure learning about the Hawaiian language and culture from someone who actually lived it. We also got to see a rare monk seal up close. The meal is very good, the scenery is beautiful, and Reynold our guide is the absolute best!

Phenomenal experience, had tons of fun!! Van #194 with Pua as our driver, she was excellent and exciting to be around. Really informative and shared lots of interesting facts about the island and its history. Amazing overall experience. 100000% would do it again. Don t forget to ask for Pua she is legendary.

We were lucky to have Brother Ole as our guide for our tour. He was knowledgeable and fun. Made sure sure point out a local seafood restaurant, Nicos on the tour, which was definitely a highlight and delicious. Thank you so much and I'm so glad we were able to visit Paul Harbor with such a great guide. When we visit Hawaii again, we will definitely be sure to use E Noa tours.

We took the circle island tour of Oahu with Alex Iik and it was a fantastic start to our honeymoon! It was a great introduction to the island, Hawaiian culture and history. Alex was very knowledgeable. We stopped for lunch at a shrimp shack on the windward side which turned out to be better than Giovanni's in our opinion and we didnt have to queue for half an hour. Overall great experience

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our all-day tour of Oahu on Sunday 2nd April 2017. Alex, our guide, was a mine of interesting information about the history, culture and wildlife of the island and he made the tour a very special experience.

Alex was very thorough with his knowledge of the eastern shore of Oahu on our tour. Even though much of the trip was dreary and rainy, he did not shortcut any part of the tour. Very personable and did not over talk the information.

We took the Remember Pearl Harbor tour in Oahu. They picked us up at our hotel in Waikiki. It was an action packed 7 hour tour. We had a 6 year old and an 8 year old with us and they did just fine. There was so much to see and do plus time on the bus to rest that the day flew by. My only suggestion is to save time to eat when touring the battleship Missouri at the food trucks. There are only a small convenience store at Pearl Harbor exhibit to eat at.

Kevin and I had a wonderful tour of Pearl Harbor, the USS Missouri and the PunchBowl Veteran's Cemetary on Thursday September 4, 2014. Our guide Art was articulate, experienced, full of humor and informed. He kept us on track while allowing us to fully enjoy the experience and utilize the time. We met new friends from London, Australia, Columbus Ohio, Washington State as well as many other ports of locations.

We would highly recommend Art as an animated, articulate and thoroughly enjoyable guide to his Island! Thank you again Art! Kathy and Kevin O'Keefe, Scituate Massachusetts USA

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Majestic Circle Island Tour with Shannon O'Brien as my tour guide. An incredible experience made so by this wonderful guide. He was not only extremely proud of his heritage and the Island, but he made everyone comfortable and feel welcome. Do this tour!

My wife and I had a wonderful day taking a tour of the island with our driver and tour guide Gonzo. He is a truly amazing guy and a great Ambassador of Oahu. From talking to Gonzo, you could tell he really loves his Island and it was great the way he was open to sharing his story about growing up in Hawaii. Gonzo will tell you the way things are and how they use to be. If you book a tour with E Noa Tours, ask for a tour with Gonzo if you are interactive and enjoy talking to people. Thanks Gonzo!

I am a former employee of E Noa Tours and I absolutely loved working for the company. Although circumstances in my life during the time of my employment there had prevented me to remain there long, I was able to learn new job skill sets, always felt good and happy about myself deep down each day I worked, and the best part of all was being blessed with daily opportunities to meet others from around the world. Just the whole work environment altogether was fun and always kept me on my toes as well as motivated in the hugest and most positive ways period. E NOA CORP. is definitely one place of employment I highly recommend for anybody who loves working with others, and being entertaining to visitors as well, well within the tour industry.

We did their basic USS Arizona memorial tour. We wasted more time on their shuttle picking up other passengers than the length of the actual memorial tour. It would have been cheaper and faster to take cab. Very dissatisfied with Enoa Tours. The actual memorial tour is free, so don't waste your time and money on Enoa.

Highly impressed with our tour guide, Ms Pua! She was extremely knowledgeable about Hawaii, the land, the origins, the people and the customs. She kept her entire family involved and motivated during the entire excursion! I highly recommend Ms. Pua!

So, yes you could do the activities for a minimal fee by yourself. But then you don't get the guide's local patter, ukulele and singing, and the freedom from driving. Freddy G (aka Uncle Freddy) was my guide and I enjoyed myself (despite being on my own for the day, which is always less fun). Bus was small, less than 20 ppl, so easier to wrangle for timings. A/C worked.
Nothing wrong with E Noa tours, and at less than $100 for seven or so hours the value is pretty good for Hawaii.

What a great experience. Our guide 'Eugene'......blessed with constant and educational conversation the entire 8 hours! Truly a great person & Hawaiian; not once said anything negitive our entire trip. Looked after us as we were family. Ask for Eugene for your guide....this guy made the trip better! Aloha!

Couldn't have asked for a better tour and guide! Art was our guide for tour #11. He was very knowledgeable about Hawaii and its history, and was very humorus too! He narrated the entire tour and was open to any questions. We went to several beautiful beaches, the Dole plantation, Pali lookout, Byodo-temple, a blow hole, the North Shore and Art took us to a waterfall. We got to see so many things and were still not rushed to do it all in one day! Booking our next tour with E Noa today!

Driver was kinda rude, also, instead of taking us right away and with no further due to the places the tour web advertised, she would slow down to show us things we didn't care about. When we finally got to the touristic places we wanted to see, she only gave us 30 minutes the most and was rushing us all the time. The ad said dole plantation was the final stop where we could walk the maze but instead it was the 2nd stop and she said we couldn't go in the maze. 30 minutes was only enough to get in line for ice cream or candy. Lunch at fumis was awful, the shrimps and chicken were so dry and stale and the corn so cold. The driver was so rude and upset because I took 2 minutes extra at the waterfall but it wasn't my fault, their trolly had a malfunction on our way back to the tour bus, she was upset even though we had plenty of time because we had skipped a mountain due to the rain. I regreted booking with this company.

Tour was well executed. Arrived on time exactly where they said they would be. Made for a very stress free trip to pearl harbor. Very glad we booked the tour rather than trying to go on our own.

This is the 1st time that I have written a review ...

This is the 1st time that I have written a review about a travel experience. My wife and I had a whole day majestic island trip with the E Noa tours. It would be a gross under statement to say we had a good tour driver. We had a man called Shannon O Brien [ Irish father and Hawaiian mother ], an indigenous Hawaiian, with 32 yrs experience with driving tourists he refers to us as either professional travellers or his cousins , who calls us back to the bus after each stop by blowing through a shell. What you get is an entertainer; a performer; a one man band on wheels giving the perfect mixture of nonstop history and information with constant humour and personal insights. The only drawback was that we had to pay cash instead of Visa for the shrimp lunch and that cleaned us out, so we had no money for a tip @ the end, and just gave him a hearty thank you and handshake. We are Australians, so tipping is not very common, but this would be the sole time we would have gladly pay a tip.You can tell a lot about a person from his actions rather this his words. He is by far the most courteous driver on Hawaii s roads that I have seen I ve had 14 days of hire car driving in Hawaii and found the vast majority to be tailgating speedsters. Cheers, Andrew and Jillian. P.S. I'm using my son's Google account.

They were our favorite tour group when we were in Hawaii. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend. If you are short in time and you are in Oahu, do the Circle Island tour. You get to experience some really cool places in an eight hour day!

Went on the outlet tour today with this company. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because of the nice driver that we had in the morning, unfortunately I didn't catch her name or bus number. However the man that drove us back on bus 174 was absolutely appalling. To start off with, it was pouring rain and another member of our party was holding our tickets in order for us to get back on the bus and they were about 30 seconds behind us, yet he made us wait in the rain until they came. Then came his seriously bad manners and customer service on top of the loud ear drum bursting music, even with the whole bus complaining it seemed to get even louder. Because it was raining he made us all shut the windows, that would have been fair enough if he turned on the air conditioning. Despite not being able to find the aircondition button he knew where to find the accelerator and brake pedals perfectly fine with erratic speeding followed by constant slamming of the breaks not to mention running a red light. It was also a welcoming feeling when he offered to fight everyone on the bus as he "could take us all on and win". He really had a funny way of being able to ruin a day with such a strong start. Such a shame

With E Noa Tours, my husband and I took the Majestic tour on Nov 12, 2016 that goes to the blowhole, Waimea falls, Pali lookout, Dole Plantation and other stops. Our driver, Eugene was great and knowledgeable about the island but we did not like the feeling of being rushed to see the sights. Each stop was 10 or 15 min which is not long enough to do anything.

For future reference, I don't recommend using this tour company if you want to have time to see the sights in a stress-free setting. On your own is the better way to go ..even using Uber or Lyft can be cheaper depending on how far you are going. We did that sometimes along with walking to see some sights.

She also provided us lots of Island facts, kept us on track with time and very accomodating....we enjoyed the day very much. My husband and I took the North Shore Adventure with Cousin K on the 109 . We had a great time. We learned a lot about the Hawaiian history. Cousin K informed us about the history of coffee, had a lovely smoothie at the farm, lovely lunch at Pounders and tasting the coffee and nuts at the Tropical farms. All in all we had a great time with Cousin K , met some great tour friends, and learned about the Island. Thanks.

Today we took the Remember tour of Pearl Harbor and The Missouri. Cousin Paul was our guide and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the area and all of the historical stuff. Very kind and personable man.
Nice being able to not have to worry about driving in places we don't know, it's well worth the money to have someone else do the driving and narrating fun facts about Oahu.

We felt like we had ample time to see what we wanted to. True, you can spend many hours looking at the stuff in the museums, but for older folks like us, it's good to get a taste of each thing. Then possibly go back on our own again someday. Would highly recommend this tour with Cousin Paul.

The trip was lovely and our guide Rocky was absolutely wonderful! I must say I think the wording of dole plantation stop is misleading. We did not get to do anything except shop and buy dole products. The purpose of using enoa was for the dole trip. We wanted to see the pineapple farm up close. I asked the other people if they thought they were going to be able to experience more at dole and they said yes and were just as disappointed. I could've done without the macadamia nut stop...which was to purchase products to increase time at dole.

Took a tour to Pearl Harbor for 3/4 of a day with Cousin Fred who was absolutely amazing! The bus was clean and everything went smoothly. He gave us some tips and facts about the island and places to visit. Pearl Harbor was great not to great if you suffer from claustrophobia.

We did the Arizona, Missouri, and Punchbowl Cemete...

We did the Arizona, Missouri, and Punchbowl Cemetery tour. Our driver, "Cousin Shorty" was encyclopedic in his knowledge of Hawaii and its history. He was fun, funny and compassionate - a true Hawaiian. Bring water - it's a long day with a lot of sun.

The timing of the tour was good with about an hour/hour and a half at each location (except the cemetery, which does not allow tour buses to stop and unload - that was just a "drive-by"). We had time to visit the USS Bowfin as well as go to the Arizona memorial. The Arizona memorial and the film that comes before the boat journey there was intensely moving.

The USS Missouri was really cool. The Iowa class battleships were the most powerful ever built by the US. The Missouri itself has a fascinating history, being the ship on which the Japanese surrendered in Tokyo Bay, but also as a floating fortress that participated in WWII, Korea, Vietnam and Desert Storm and is still kept ready should it ever need to be recommissioned. We had a tour guide for part of the time, and the rest of the time we could wander above or below decks. There's a water bottle filling station on the Missouri.

E Noa tours were well-organized and well-run. Our tour guide had lots of very useful advice. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

We debated for weeks and scoured reviews of Oahu Tour companies before we settled on this one, and boy are we glad we did. Our guide, Johnny, was hilarious and extremely informative. This Circle Tour around the island included many stops to beautiful scenic points along the Pacific Ocean, a pass through the extremely wealthy area of the Island where multi-million dollar mansions are the norm, a stop at the (too touristy) Dole Plantation (try the dole whip), a trek through a rainforest and too many other stops to mention. For the money, it was worth it many times over and was a very high point in our Oahu Trip.

We took the oahu full circle tour including pearl Harbor, ,on Thursday sept 14,,our guide was horrible, he talked constantly about himself, his brother, his upcoming 5oth school reunion, ,we had to yell where are we???as he drove past numerous beaches,he responded once saying, that was the pipeline, ,he stopped at one beach, we were not allowed to walk to the sand, no mention of cultural things, I asked s question, he responded sating,,that really isn't any of my business, horrible, ,he said he is retiring in 2 years,,,not soon enough, ,,,only gave us 15 minutes at dole plantation, ,,,what a waste of money,,,we ended up renting a car next day so we could see the island,,,we really feel cheated,,,,,don't waste your money

We took the all day tour which includes Pearl Harbor-Dole Plantation-Lunch at the cultural center and much more. Picked us up right on time at our hotel at 550 AM and dropped us off around 5PM that day. The day ran smooth- our tour guide was the best tour guide I have ever had "Noa" was his name. We took the tour on April 26 and we were in Hawaii for our honeymoon. This tour made the trip so much more awesome if that was even possible. Noa knew his stuff and was quite comical! I wish all tour were more like this!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour and ask for NOA!!!

The website tells you what you can do at each location, but it does not mention how most of your day will be spent in a van and that each stop is about 15 minutes long at different "view points". You'd be better off renting a car for a lot less than $100 a person.

I seldom write reviews for tour operators as, well, they take one here and there and give some background. Pretty straightforward. However(!!), "Aaron" was our tour driver on a "half-island tour" on Oahu on Monday, February 3, 2014.

He was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable, and clearly enjoyed interacting with the passengers. He spoke with a gentleness and friendliness that exuded 'aloha' and made all the "cousin" passengers feel welcome, included, and 'ohana.

This wasn't a stale or canned presentation. We had the feeling we were being shown around by a good friend or relative who truly loved what he was showing us. He seemed as excited about a site or location as we were and seemed to truly relish telling us the stories or background of an area.

If all the 'E Noa Tour' drivers are like Aaron, we will definitely use E Noa on our next Oahu visit.
An "A+" from us!"

Truly: we haven't felt such 'aloha' from any other tour, hotel, restaurant, whatever.

My wife, myself and my mother in law had the pleasure of taking the Pearl Harbour, USS Minnesota and Honolulu city tour with Shannon Roberts. Shannon is a terrific guide, very knowledgeable, has a great personality and is a wonderful person in here real going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experIence on our tour. I would highly recommend Shannon Roberts should anyone get him as a guide on their tour. Thank you Shannon so much for the positive experience.

I had a terrible experience due to Cousin Fred . He literally threw his head set down, jumped out and slammed the door of the tour bus. Then ran around to the exit door in an attempt to start a physical altercation with me at the end of the tour while dropping my girlfriend and I off at our hotel all because after the third time of him asking us the same question I responded with we ve already told you which he then replied do you have a problem in a very aggressive manner and made suggestions about getting off of the bus to talk about it. Not only was this a problem. Over the duration of the trip he also decided to play the guitar and sing to us in a parking lot rather than heading to the next destination as well as repeating the same informational speeches over and over again. Which also had a lot of incorrect information in them. This childish type of aggressive behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from a grown man running a tour. I reached out to the company after the incident which they responded by saying that doesn t sound like him and that they would contact me later. Still nothing has been done nor have I been contacted.

I'm a local girl from Kalihi and proud to know that a company like Enoa is still going strong. My rating is not about tours it's about Being. When most men and women are unaware where life will lead them due to a mistake of ones past Enoa Tours pick them up and hand them keys to the trolly. Many will read this and yet not understand but it's about " will anybody give me a chance " YES! Enoa will for I wave at them everyday on Nui St.

Pualani (driver) was amazining, informative on Hawaii history, funny, loving, made you feel like family. Stopped for great photo opportunities all along the tour. Bus was clean and comfortable...Pualani was concerned that air might not be working properly and didn't want to take a chance of risking our comfort, called it on an had another bus meet us at our next stop to avoid any delays in our trip. Pualani was on top of it!

Our tour was taken Thursday, April 21, 2016. We were picked up at Hilton Hawaiian Village. Our tour guide was not very accommodnoating to our needs. We asked if he could turn down the fans on the air conditioning because we were very cold on the way to the Pearl Harbor Memorial. His response was unkind to say the least. He even asked us if we wanted him to talk or did we just wanted to look on our own. The purpose of a guided tour is to have the guide to narrate the scenes. There were 9 members in our group and we paid for the island tour with Pearl Harbor. The guide was condescending when questions were asked. Some areas of the tour were not narrated. Also, the brochure said that each participant would get a gift. We were quizzed about facts of Hawaii in order to receive the gift and we were told that there were not enough gifts for everyone.
I've had better experiences when taking tours of cities that I've visited.

I went on the City Lights tours and the atmosphere was wonderful. The driver, our host Kimo made the evening a wonderful event, very hospitable and courteous throughout the whole evening. We were very disappointed with the Pearl Harbour Remembered tour, we paid 338USD for this tour for 3 people. The tour guide Noah however was very friendly and knowledgable. At Pearl Harbour we didn't have enough time to see everything like the museum's and at the USS Missouri again didn't get to see everything and we missed out on the aviation museum because we had to be back on the bus. The visit to the National Memorial Cemetery was a joke, didn't even get off bus just drove around a loop and out again. We had to spend another 2 days going back to these places to see everything we missed on the tour and it only cost the price of fuel, as everything a part from the visit to the Missouri was free. I would recommend saving your money and visiting these places at your own pace.
