Excellent level of customer care. I called to cancel a policy taken out in error. The gentleman I spoke with was brilliant, he sorted out everything for me like he said he would, he then gave me a call back the following week with an update.

Further to an issue I had in which updated bank details translated into my service plan being cancelled I spoke to two lovely ladies (Georgina and Paige) who went above and beyond to get this resolved for me. They were very apologetic and, whilst I would have preferred this not to happen at all, I cannot fault them for their swift and effective management of this.

Have had an issue with Service Plan taken out through BMW UK website, which is administered by EMaC. Initially EMaC passed the buck to BMW and BMW back to EMaC. Only when the MD from BMW got involved did EMaC respond and to the credit of the agent who picked up the issue it was first class customer service. From EMaC point of view satisfied they have tried 100% and would give the agent 5 stars. Before you take out a service plan through the BMW site check what service your car needs and when the next one is due to make sure it aligns with what the system produces otherwise you will end up with bills!

Very pleased with my experience in contacting, needed to change the bill date of my service plan. I expected to wait at least 10 minutes before getting someone to answer but to my surprise I instantly got through and they helped me with my request in a matter of minutes. Very happy with the quick service and will definitely call again if I never need any help regarding my service plan

Due to an imminent change of vehicle, I have had to cancel my current Servicing Plan with EMac. The agent who handled this for me - Kim - was extremely professional in explaining everything clearly and in a courteous and friendly manner. I have used EMac for servicing plans for my last two vehicles - a Volvo and a Jaguar - and was totally satisfied on both occasions.

I recently bought three years advance sevicing via Motorline for my new toyota . my origional car was written off and me second i topped up the plan. because the service times didn't suit i withdrew the money only to be charged in excess of 5%. they had the majority of MY money for 2 years and still charged me. Recently took out a new service plan and spoke with Kayleigh, she was very helpful, explained everything fully and gave me options for both a National and Bespoke plan and explained the different and benefits of both.

Paying for your MOT's and Services monthly is a fantastic idea and i'm so glad I took out a service plan with EMaC, highly recommend and Kayleigh was great to deal with!
