This bar is down the stairs from my hotel and i wish we would ve came here sooner. They re open until 2AM; the drinks are STRONG but so good. they have happy hours all day long on sunday and monday. It s a nice vibe, they even had some live music when i went. They look like they have a full bar so they can make a drink even if it s not on the menu

This place is so beautiful! I loved the atmosphere around the bar. The bartenders almost make a show out of making your drink. If you're in the area definitely check it out! We met the manager and chatted with the bouncer who where both really awesome! I'd visit here again!

Let's cut to it, this is one of the best cocktail bars in San Antonio. George's Keep doesn't cut any corners and won't serve a bad drink. The only thing stronger than their drinks is their creativity. The rotating menu covers armangac, smoked rum, and other fun spirits that most people have no experience with. Don't come here for a Modelo, a dressed Dos XX, and skip the tequila shots. Everyone should explore the cocktail menu or at least order a classic. Arrive early and sip outside, because George's Keep is worth enjoying as much as possible.

The bartenders make this place great! It might take a few minutes to get a drink when there are over 100 people rotating through this place, but they actually know how to mix drinks & keep up with large crowds! Full well stocked bar in a great setting.

Horrible experience on my night out. I had a friend from out out of town and the night started to get great but what happened after an hour or two, that's when things started getting out of hand.

I don't know when this place started to get a bouncer but when I went here before COVID, there was no bouncer and you literally just walk in with no issues. Maybe they had some troubles in the past with other customers but the way how the matter was handled was unprofessional and uncalled for.

My friend was going to use the restroom and out of nowhere he was dragged out by the bouncer because he supposedly destroyed property aka used his leg to open the bathroom door. This was outrageous!

I tried having a civilized conversation with the so called manager but I was told that I had to leave the premises as well. We didn't do anything wrong and I felt we were discriminated against.

Never again will I come to this establishment again. What once was a place I recommend to come has now become a place I avoid like the plague.
