Customer service is nonexistent. If you have a choice, literally use anyone else.

I have had residential pickup missed 2 of the last 3 weeks. I have had to place 8 different calls in to Customer service, only to be told "there's a ticket in" and then still not have my trash and recycling collected. I call in the late afternoon, and get told to call back after they close. The voicemails being left don't get a call back response either.

I have had my residential recycling pickup missed 3 of the last 8 weeks. I have had to place 5 different calls in to Customer Service, who told me they would "submit a ticket to have somebody come out and collect it off-cycle." However, nobody ever came and nothing ever happened. Follow-up call and they add another ticket, but days later and still no action.

Honestly, the attitude of the people who work here is "I don't GAF" and in trying to work with them to solve this issue, seem to infer that this is "my problem." And my Town won't assist and just direct me to speak with E.L. Harvey. :-(

We were meant to take over billing and service for a recycling dumpster shared by our business and other businesses on the block, when the business that had the account closed. We confirmed this with our rep, over the phone and in writing. We shared our accounts payable contact information, our billing address, etc., etc. We were very clear we wanted to continue service.

Today, they came and took the dumpster with no warning.

In our previous conversations (over the phone and in writing), we said we wanted to hold on to the dumpsters "for the time being" and re-evaluated in Spring. That seemed fine. Now they say they can only leave the dumpsters if we sign a 5-year contract.

I highly recommend going elsewhere. Set up service with them June 30th been waiting for delivery of bins since. Keep getting told a date for it to be pushed out week by week. No guaranteed answer. Doesn t seem like they wanted our services. Just awful. Never experienced customer service this horrible in my life.

A disposal company with this commitment to their customers. Our sale rep. Wayne Lamalva is such a truly caring individual. He will come to the property if we are having an issue and will make sure his client is not only satisfied but happy when he leaves. Great Job!

I have been recommending Harvey's to people for years. Yet lately they seem to be slacking big time. I have heard countless times of customers complaining about their barrels not being collected. I am now one of those unhappy customers. My barrel was completely missed and has been sitting curbside for 12 days and counting. I immediately emailed the first day...never got any response for 4 days. I then called and was told 24-48 hours. Needless to say I ended up calling 5 times and was always told the same thing. It'll get collected tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. Not for 12 days. Needless to say I'll just have to wait until trash day again at the 14 day mark and hope it gets collected. Not sure if the problem is customer service or the driver, but it seems like Harvey's needs some better help before their good reputation is ruined.

I am resident of holliston ma, I called our garbage company ELL HARVEY & SONS and ask for help because they didn t pick up my trash this week. Customer service wasn t friendly and just wants to hang up without working together to solve the problem. I asked the possibility of talking to the person in charge she said 1 pm on Friday, there was no manager responsible for the service.I think our city should think very carefully before renewing the contract with them and using the services of company that really cares about the customer.If was a failure on my part, they should at least work together with the customer to solve the problems and obtain a satisfactory result for both sides.think carefully before requesting service from them
