We had a great experience with Dynasty Building Solutions. My father-in-law referred us after they were able to replace his roof for only the deductible cost. They have a great team that looks for storm/hail damage and then helps you process the claim with your insurance company. Brian was very helpful in explaining the process. My wife was hesitant due to a lot of the insurance jargon, but Brian clarified it all. Chris was our quality control man who oversaw the project. He was very helpful and professional in his managing of the crew. Javi dropped off the dumpster and made sure we could get in and out of the house. My wife spoke with Anisa, the office manager (?), and said she was very professional and made sure we had all the information we needed quickly. And finally Jesus was the crew leader on the roof. He did a thorough job of making sure the house was clear and there were no nails on the floor. He was in constant communication with us. Plus, you get a referral check if the person you refer goes ahead with the insurance claim.... so tell 'em I sent you! :) Oh yeah, and the roof looks great! I'd definitely recommend Dynasty Building Solutions.
