Bad agents that mess you around and cut corners whenever possible. Extremely expensive rent and rude staff. They literally let someone in my house once without telling me. The first I knew about it was when he was standing right behind me, I nearly died of fright as I thought I was home alone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I never thought that I would be writing this about an estate agent, but I can't rate Dybles highly enough. The service that I've received from them was absolutely first-rate, from the marketing of the house, by Charlotte and Simon, to the work of Donna, the sales progressor, making up for the inadequacies of other estate agents in the chain. I recently sold my house through Dybles. They did a great job of marketing the property and quickly secured a better-than-asking-price offer. The best in my experience! I've used a fair number of estate agents over the years but I'm pleased to say the service we received from Dybles was outstanding from the initial contact right through to a successful exchange of contracts. Our sale turned out to be long and difficult due to the original buyer having to pull out, but Dybles quickly found us a new buyer within a day of putting the house back on the market. Simon, Charlotte and Donna were all very helpful and made the whole experience that much easier. Highly recommended especially at a great fixed price. Why would anyone want to pay the high fees most other agents charge? I'm fully convinced the service could not be in any way superior!

We're currently in the process of buying a property in Winchester through Dybles with Hazel French as our main contact. The service provided by Hazel and the Dybles team has been first first class. Hazel's diligent and professional approach has made the process very straight forward and I would highly recommend their services.

Very disappointing. I feel the company do not fully understand government guidelines on Covid-19. In my opinion they have been persistent in trying to get my son to sign up for a shared tendency agreement starting 1st July (with 3 other tenants) knowing people are still not allowed to mix with other households! They are landlord focused and no regard for tenant H&S.

I took your advice and researched the matter and also spoke to our own letting agency. The current rules are groups of up to six people from different households are able to meet outdoors, or in a garden while continuing to practice social distancing. People from the same household can move to another house. No mention of 4 different households moving into together! I dont see in the link you provided that people from different households can move in together?

On the subject of persistence, you failed to mention the numerous telephone calls!!

You can twist the story to make it meet your requirements, but ultimately contracts are in favour of the landlord, and you represent the landlord. The tone of your response only demonstrates the experience I have received dealing with your company.

To the reader: I appreciate there are always two sides to a story. My humble opinion is just to err on the side of caution if you are going to deal with this company.

We have been thoroughly impressed with Hazel and Jack at Dybles. They have been diligent in keeping us informed about viewings and interest in our property, whilst also helpful and supportive with our questions. We have no hesitation in recommending them!

Dybles in Winchester where absolutely fantastic with the sale of my property, which completed only a couple of days ago. This after me trying two other larger well-known agents, who both let me down big-time.

I must single Jack Mantle out as being outstanding in everything he did. He is a credit to Dybles and to himself. He went way past what I would expect from any estate agent, but I guess this is what you get from a small independent agent compared to a national chain. The personal touch.

To top it all off, their fees were also the best in town, so luckily I have been in a win-win situation with these awesome guys.
