It's really appalling that they book you a phone call appointment and then don't call when you got contact them they
use the same excuses for the last time you didn't get your call staff sickness
Why can't they give you a call or send a text message when they know first thing in the morning instead of waiting till you contact them
Courtesy goes along way in my book and respect that some people are already stressed from shielding let alone having health conditions

Telephone and you are waiting in a queue, sometimes No 20 then when you do get through an appointments now are 2 weeks away .
