I would never rent from them again; I had a bad experience.

No one answered the phone and no one returned my call... guess they got too much business going on to deal with one more customer... taking my money elsewhere...

As a landlord with numerous properties in multiple states I have worked with many types of families and agents for quite some. I will never try to accommodate anyone that represents this company ever again. I exhausted an existing tenant,large family, at the last moment to set up a viewing for a high profiled executive and Sharon Small in the Atlanta area did not follow up with me, notifying me that I no longer needed to set it up.... that is until I called her to confirm the viewing. Absolutely unacceptable. Note to self.

I wont depend on them especially for an out of state relocation. When I was offered this service, I thought its the best thing to have professional help in finding a home and knowing about the new city but my expectations were all in vain. The associate just make up their hours for simple internet searches (results of which werent very useful either) and the supervisor only tries to defend. After working with their consultant for more than a month, I gave up all hopes from them and ended up doing research, making appointments and signing lease on my own. To my surprise, because they already knew their services werent efficient, they never bothered to send a feedback survey for evaluation.

They scammed us for the application fees. They had already had another renter but didn t tell us. They did take our nonrefundable application fee. They didn t tell us. Took over a week for our agent to figure it out.

Very professional property Managemnt company , Miss Zelina one of the managers was very respectful and patience and is great to work with. Good service

If you are a tenant looking for a rental unit - I would highly advise to avoid any units being managed by DwellWorks. Their only objective is to not spend a dollar on the unit they manage. Broken garage door - ant problem - broken curtains - they simply do not care and will do everything possible to avoid paying/helping you fix the problems. Be ready to have blame thrown on you for anything that goes wrong.

If you are in need of someone to manage your rental property, do yourself a favor and hire your worse enemy to do it. You ll pay less and get the same level of service that Dwellworks will provide for you. Or, ask your renters to arrange for the repairs etc. Trust me, you ll be better of doing it this way. All they do is call random people and pay anything under the cloud for what needs to be repaired. They don t research, they don t negotiate, they don t call around, they don t look for the best interest of their clients. They absolutely DO NOT care. They filed for an insurance claim without our authorization for a water damage that was going to cost less than $100 to fix and our deductible is $1000. This was a violation of the contract that they had with us and guess what, they got away with it too.
