Always a pleasure staying at Dusit. Nice and stylish hotel.

A special hotel .. In a very beautiful area overlooking the tower Khalifa and excellent prices

Its location is excellent and its price is good but needs renovation

Very Beautiful Hotel,Great Ambience,Friendly Staff,Very centrally located,with Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa nearby.Rooms comfortable, washrooms clean.Restaurant serving variety Buffet,with different Indian breakfast dishes everyday,from Parathas,samosa and sambhar vada,dosa etc. All this laced with a service with smile.The View Bar having a great view.Swimming pool with water climate controlled.All this at a very reasonable price.Does one need anything more....

This is as good as it gets. Quiet, understated luxury Thai style, which interior decor and color scheme plucked straight from the old Dusit Thani in Bangkok. Staff are overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, and there are great dining choices both within, and also near to the hotel. There is a heated pool on the top floor, a tiny but well equipped gym, even a sauna in the men's changing room. The placement of the main dining area within the center atrium on the 24th floor means the smell of fresh baked bread wafts into every guestroom as a heavenly wake up call. The nearest Metro station (Financial Center) is only 10 minutes walk away. Completely walk-able in the autumn and winter, but may be a little challenging in summer.

location was fine, rooms are okay. but i wouldn't come back to stay here.

Benjarong Restaurant:
I've only been hee for dessert but it was so good I thought to write a review for it. The Mango and Pandan Sticky Rice is fantastic. The sticky rice is full of delicious sweet pandan flavour. The mango is ripe, full of sweet rich golden goodness. I would recommend going there just for this dish alone!

If the dessert is this good, I wonder how good the food is!

One of the best hotels in dubai. We took an apartment room with two bedroom. The view from the room were really amazing. The rooms very really nice abd the service was excellent

Imagine that if you wanted to go from it to the Dubai Mall, for example, you need at least a quarter of an hour in the car ... and maybe seven minutes on foot

Lovely hotel with very helpful and polite staff. Left my wedding ring in bathroom and not noticed until on plane home. Thrilled to advise that cleaning staff handed it in to management and we arranged to have it couriered home and it is now safe on my finger.

Great for everything from cleaning to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfasts have a huge selection and they are truly delicious.

Nice and clean hotel close to Dubai Mall and located on Sheikh Zayed Road

I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and it's huge enough for a family of 4....it's centrally located on Sheikh Zayed road near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Great food and great service

Spent my first 6 weeks in Dubai here! Absolutely brilliant service and suites were spot on!

Apart from 1 person who was extremely cooperative at the reception, Miss Soe every single person there was outright mean and inconsiderate. I had booked 9 rooms and after booking 9 rooms, one expects the management to treat us nicely and be a little considerate. Apart from the location of the place, nothing was upto the mark. From the rooms, amenities to the service, they need to really learn how to treat their in-house guests better. NOT recommended, please don't stay here unless you have to.

Nice hotel for a night or two for foreigners coming to visit dubai.

Compared to the Abu Dhabi Hotel this hotel is a little underwhelming...

Courteous staff, clean place. A truly 5 star hotel. Full service.

Attended an event hosted by Sony Middle East aand had a great time. The ballroom was decorated with a classy appeal, the food was tasty and service was quick and always with a smile. I got to see one of their rooms and as you can see in the picture it has one of Dubai's best views. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and gave an at home relaxing ambiance.

Upscale hotel but need improvement for low breakfast standard.

The place is good we had an office workshop. The AC was central and too cold the food was ok not much exciting nut sweetdishes were fair enough. Overall its fine.

The Dusit Thani was an excellent choice for our stay in Dubai. It was centrally located , the rooms were a good size, comfortable, and clean. The staff was absolutely awesome. Everyone genuinely cared that our every need was taken care of . Mohamed and Sharman in cocierge were so friendly and informative and catered to all our needs. Lyan at the front desk was so thoughtful and efficient. They are all a great asset to the firm. The tour company there - Royal Adventure - had great tours and Alena was fabulous.

This is the worst hotel ever. When you book a room, and ask for a specific room like nonsmoking in higher floor they accept your request but when you arrive they make decision and gave you another one. I just arrive here in this hotel. I asked for room in floor 24 and higher when I booked my room and they gave me in 9 floor or smoking room in higher floor.
Mr. Anurag Gupta the Assistant Front Office Manager argued with me after 16-hour flight to convince me to go to smoking room. This is unbelievable experience. Next time I will book another hotel.

I also noticed a desirable place for families .. and a suitable place to hold workshops and meetings .. And the presence of security in the hotel
