Stay away! Booked 6 nights but couldn't travel due to an emergency. Instead of charging me for first night (NO SHOW) hotel charged me for all 6!! Leading hotel booking website that I used for booking also keeps coming back with excuses. Stay away or be sorry!!

They are gold diggers although the terriost attack that happened on their hotel couple of years ago. Although I have free cancellation till 12 pm the 1st day of my booking, they tried to charge my credit card! I told them that I will arrive before 12 so they can cancel it on 12 if I didn't show up. But still they did cancel my booking!! I see no point on doing so! They could hold the money then I could cancel on 12 pm and I wouldn't lose a cent! But still they want charge me.

A good hotel of four stars and its location is very good as it is close to Al Rousha Street, very close to the Roush Palace. Room service is very good and there is an inter-net in the rooms. Good bathrooms have a hair salon. The breakfast buffet is varied and fresh, Iraqi offers Iraqi food and fish Almskov I advise to visit where the comfort and good treatment of workers in this hotel will live wonderful atmosphere there

Location is good, not in the centre but easy walking. Very close to sea and Peguon Rocks. I recieve a "small room" and this is nightmare with old and smelly furniture, broken bathroom. Room of this category looks like small home for a dog or cat.

No real sea view. It's only a discrete vertical blue bar between two or three buildings surrounding the hotel. Indeed, the hotel advertises with outdated and deceiving photos that suggest that there is a lot of space around it. It's a total rip off! The receptionist was very arrogant about this issue and let us stand for 15 minutes, waiting for a room.

A nice hotel, cute rooms, clean, not that deluxe, but nice to be around the sea. The best rooms are the one with balcony over the sea, it's a partial view but nice. The breakfast is rich and various, u enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant. The staff are nice and polite.

The hotel gave me a great refuge in the upcoming viroza. It is a little older and corresponds to three stars. Otherwise all ok good location on pigeon rocks. The only minus in the restaurant is the absence of a canteen in the English language.

The first thing is a small, uncomfortable room with a sewage smell all over the place The second thing is very weak administratively The service is very bad because it is not in service at all As for breakfast, it is poor in composition, very weak and bad He treated him as a restaurant next to Khan Baghdad Because of this, I do not advise anyone to go and where If he stayed there, he did not ask for breakfast It was a bad experience and I will not repeat it

The good point, other than the location, is that: we reserved online and reached in less than one hour from our reservation, all available rooms were ready and prepared. But the hotel is old, the room was not like in photos, we had to switch to a suite. The bathroom door lock was broken, noisy A/C, no carpets while in winter, no slippers in the room we had to ask for it. taxi was 70% more expensive than the normal taxis in the town.

People there are very friendly, you feel welcomed from the first moment, the restaurant offers mainly Iraqi food, however there are many restaurants and super markets near by. Getting a taxi is very easy, don't take the ones parking near by the entrance as they will charge you high, just walk for 1 minute far from the entrance and you can get the perfect price. The hotel is very close to the beach, just a walk distance.

Clean and tidy with friendly staff. A bit tatty in places so in need of a refurbishment soon, but handy for the city and the popular sea front. Clean bed and cool, WiFi. Not too bad. Interesting to have a view overlooking a building with bullet holes.

5 minutes walk from the promenade and lovely walks. Good choice of Breakfast and room was clean and air conditioned . The lebanese love the US $ So expect to be able to pay in both currencies. I founding walking to most main attractions easy but thats my personal experience !

Stayed a night. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony (though not required) because my initial room smelt of fumes of paint based stuff and I complained as it would be difficult to sleep. The staff are attentive and courteous. I felt at home here

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great location in Beirut and it's 4 minute walk to the famous Rawsha Rock. The staff is so friendly and willing to solve any minor issue. It's also near the airport as it took as 25 mins to reach the airport. Good service for the amount of money paid.
