Stay away!

Stay away!
Booked 6 nights but couldn't travel due to an emergency. Instead of charging me for first night (NO SHOW) hotel charged me for all 6!! Leading hotel booking website that I used for booking also keeps coming back with excuses. Stay away or be sorry!!
