We recently switched to Dupont Veterinary Clinic because of a friend's recommendation. We were very impressed with the friendly staff and service both on the phone and during our visit. We recently visited with 1 of our dogs and they stopped in to talk to us about some research they are doing for our other dog. Blown away that they not only realized who we were on the schedule but also followed up with us in person. 5 stars!

What a kind and pleasant experience. Dr.Schaeffer is so knowledgeable and kind and loving with your pet. I was in from California when my Chihuahua has picked up a stomach bug, she diagnosed him got him feeling better with the meds and set my worries at ease. I would reccomend this veterinarian practice to anyone, it's hard to find a good vet that cares for the animals and not just the money. Fort Wayne you are lucky to have such an option for your pets care. The day before I was in Grand Rapids at Blue Pearl Veterinarian Clinic they told me he was fine but wanted to run tests for $ 800.00. I have been going to Dupont Veterinary Clinic for years. I have had a number of pets and all have had the best of care! Wouldn't go any place else!

My owner, Richard Lee, has been bringing me to Dupont Veterinary Clinic for about the last 4 years. Everyone has been so kind and patient with me. I'm a little scared sometimes, but they take the time to calm me down before they examine me or give me a nasty shot. And if I'm really not feeling well, Dr. Pilla always gives me the right medicine so I can feel better fast. I'm glad my owner takes me to Dupont Veterinary Clinic, he must love me a lot!!

Very beautiful place! I brought my baby skunk in today and the staff all loved her and were so so sweet! Dr. Boxberger was amazing and took the time to answer my questions and feel secure with my choices.

I love this veterinarian office. And so does my cat and my boyfriend s dog. They re always very professional and gentle and kind with my pets. And for how nice of a facility it is, their prices are very reasonable. All of the doctors and techs are amazing. And the front desk staff always greet with you a smile. If you re going to take your pet anywhere in Fort Wayne, Dupont Veterinary Clinic is the place to go.

This is a very nice place to take your pets!! Very nice establishment with a smart layout and totally keyed toward your animals comfortability. They have a designated area outside for pet restroom needs. They give them water bowls if needed and even have treats on the counters for them. They are very nice people who love animals. Twice we have had 2 leave our dog over night for precedures and they took very good care of her. She does not mind goin there at all. Very relaxed even when she is in duress. I would have gave them a 5 but they are a bit on the expensive side with no payment plan options other than care credit cards. But they have no payment assistance of their own. Otherwise 5 stars for your pet especially if financially you are very secure...enjoy!!

We were referred to this vet when we moved and they have been absolutely fabulous to us and our pup! Super reasonably priced and the staff are incredibly sweet! Definitely recommend

My family and I have been continuously pleased and moved by the hard-working staff who always take the time with our dog and answer any questions or worries we have. My dog actually looks forward to the vet and waits at the door for Dr. Tratnyek, whose compassion and knowledge is incredible, not to mention the kind staff like Emily, Lindsey and others. We are so grateful for Dupont Vet, especially in times of emergency. When we lost one of our dogs in the summer, the staff was beyond supportive and even gave us small clay with his paw print imprinted on it with his name.

Yes, some may consider this clinic as expensive with certain procedures, but we have been going here for a few years now and it is without a doubt, worth it. All of the staff is competent, helpful and caring with how they speak and handle what can be sometimes stressful and scary times. And they always are concerned about providing the best quality of care for our family members

Today was our first time visiting Dupont Vet. Our Goldendoodle, Violet had been having an allergic reaction of some kind, and we were at our wits end trying to figure it out. Dr. Schaeffer and her vet tech, Sam, spent so much time with us examining Violet and talking to us about what can cause an allergic reaction. They were totally amazing!! I have never been to a veterinary clinic where they take so much time and effort with a pet and their owner. Dr. Schaeffer and Sam gave us hope again! We now have a few different meds to try with Violet to get her back to her old self again. Absolutely loved this place! Thanks so much.

Have been a client for our dog for about ten years! All the staff are very welcoming and professional!

We were new to DuPont Veterinary Clinic this week. We just adopted a kitten, and before we could even get her first checkup she got ill. They got us right in when I called. From the moment we walked into the door the staff were compassionate and attentive. The tech and doctor were both very supportive of our kitten, and of her worried parent. They explained everything in detail, and answered all the questions I had. I never felt like they were in a hurry to move on to the next patient. If you're looking for genuinely compassionate, and professional care, this is the place for you!

I was not happy with this veterinary clinic at all!!! The staff was great and friendly. I was not happy at all with the vet. Took my dog in due to a mass on his paw that I wanted removed. He took a quick look and pretty much said, yeah it should be removed. Didnt tell me what he thought it may be. When he had them give me the estimate, it was $380-$1500! What?!?!? They could not take the time to give me a closer personal estimate on our case. Then when I call back to ask for a better estimate they call back and say $300 but NEVER sent me the break down. Why wven give me an estimate if it is even lower then the estimate you had given me. Also a month later I recieve a email from them saying that he is due for his vaccines. My dog is not due for any vaccines until Nov of 2018. I have MANY years experience working for a vet and I ALWAYS make sure that my animals are taken care of and have the best care possiable. Another Red Flag is they say on their website that they turn their phones off 1/2 hour before they close! Seems They are more worried about getting out of work ontime then they are helping their clients with their pets. Huge RED FLAG! MANY times I have stayed and worked late for the vet I worked for because of emergency situations that our clients and patients needed help for. That is what we were there to do! It was/is our job to help reguardless of the time. We even took calls after hours if we were still cleaning up from the day.

I live in MI so took him back to our own vet, which is amazing. She told us what she thought it could be, mentioned that they recommend a biospy to be done and gave me a personal estimate for my baby. I paid $740 for his surgery and I would do it again in a heartbeat because I know he got the best care!

Every doctor there ranks among the best but I have to give a shout out to my all time favorite veterinarian Dr. Jill Rietdorf! They don t come any better in my book!

I had to make an emergency vet visit 3 days after I had brought my 8 week old Shih Tzu puppy home from the breeder because I had found out he was exposed to the Parvovirus. They were very prompt in getting him in and tested ASAP. He had tested positive and even though I couldn't afford the treatment, they supported my decision in treating him from home and were helpful during the 5 days I had to bring him in to have subcutaneous fluids to keep him hydrated during his battle. He survived it and it wouldn't have been possible without DuPont Vet! I'm so thankful they were supportive and extremely helpful! He is now 5 months old and such a happy little puppy! THANK YOU AGAIN!

DVC is a very nice and clean place with friendly staff. I have brought my pets to them for nine years. Dr. Boxberger is amazing! I love her so much. She is kind, informative and welcoming. She treated my rabbit in health and once he needed more care, she did a great job treating his illness. She has also treated our cat and new rabbit. She takes the time to speak to you, answer questions, and she is compassionate. In addition to Dr. Boxberger, we love her staff. Our pets have also seen other vets, and they have been very good too. Is it expensive at DVC? I think their prices are fare. I highly recommend this clinic. It s great!

I took my cat to be cremated and they were very sympathetic and understanding. They gave me her ashes and a clay plate with her name and pass pressed in it. Something to always remind me of her.

The exceptional staff at Dupont Veterinary have gone out of their way to provide care for my families beloved pets. Our dogs are our family and at Dupont they are treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. I really can not thank them enough for the help they have given us.

They are not my normal vet but my get didn't do the surgery that my baby needed. I was referred to them & they were very informative about the procedure that was to be done. He was required to stay overnight the day of surgery. Not only did they answer all my questions when I called to check on him they even sent me a text with a picture so I knew he was ok. When we picked him up the next day they were very thorough with the after care instructions. His medication list & instructions were written down so I couldn't forget them. I would definitely use them again!

Today we had to put down our cat Icarus and it was truly one of the hardest things my husband and I had ever done. The staff there made things go a little easy for us, constantly making sure we were alright and asking us along the way if we needed anything to help us. They also didn t rush and were very empathetic for our loss. It still hurts that our Icky is gone but I m just appreciative that the vet we decided on took care of him and made sure the whole process was as easy as it could be for us.

This is the only vet office that I have found that truly LOOKS at my dogs. Other offices don t listen to what I try to explain. This office not only listens but they truly look at my dogs head to toe. They deserve even more than a 5/5 star rating. My puppy homes have all commented on how much they like the paperwork that comes from this office as well. It s so professional and well explained even people that don t exactly know how to read certain paperwork can read it and understand. As a breeder, I have been to almost every vet within 2 hours of my home. This vet is worth the hour drive from my home because I know my dogs are treated well and examined throughly. I appreciate you!!

Dr. Harry, Lauren and Dani along with the rest of his team at Dupont were so wonderful with our 90-pound dog, Baron, when we brought him in. Dr. Harry performed surgery on Baron's back leg, and saw our dog through his healing process with such care and professionalism. I can't thank Dr. Harry and his team enough.

This was my first experience with this Clinic, and I was very impressed. Dr. Boxberger was very patient and thorough. Her diagnosis was right on and I'm already seeing an improvement in my little mouse. The staff was warm, friendly and welcoming, too!

I have 2 13 year old dogs that I love dearly. One of them was not feeling the best and our normal Vet is over 30 mins away and I knew I needed to get a new Vet closer to home. So I called them early one morning and they got me in with in about an hour. Everyone there was super nice to both myself and both my dogs. The Doc and Her Assistant was just amazing. Explained everything to me in detail that I could understand and was so patient with with my max. They are our new vet and I just love them. The building was clean and sanitized.

Great people and great service. They were willing to take a new patient with kennel cough on a Saturday morning and do a regular exam on her. Thanks for being so kind and gentle with my dog and me!

We brought butterfly-rainbow-sparkles-princess and his brother to the clinic because it was the only one that could treat the boys. They got us in THAT day, the nursing staff spent extra time teaching and talking to my kids about them, had a warming light for the sick guinea pigs. Walked me through treatment, care, gave them a shot out of the room which helped because my kids were with me and I don't think they'd forgive me if they ever saw the guinea pigs 'hurt'. They taught us about the diets, showed how to use the medication and administer it and to top it off it was EXTREMELY affordable. They've won me over, and my sick piggies are so thankful to be able to get back to themselves soon. <3 Thank you so much!!!! We'll recommend anyone with pets to your clinic!

This is the most loving and caring environment we have been to for our dogs. Both the staff and doctors are top notch and expressive in showing their care for your pets. They take the time to speak to you about your animals conditions and listen with any questions we had. They get down on the ground to be at eye level with your animal to ensure that the animal is comfortable and loved!!! Hands down I am thrilled that we switched to DuPont vet clinic!

Really great place! Friendly staff and knowledgeable vets. Only place in Fort Wayne that I know of that takes exotics(finding a vet for a python is a task) and they re very good at what they do and the amount of knowledge they have on stranger animals- most vets that take exotics don t actually know as much as I d like but they definitely do! And the pricing is great! Actually one of the lowest prices in town.

Dr. Tratnyek is the best ever. She is so caring, and so knowledgeable, and I love that she takes the time to really listen.

I am writing this for my sister, Kim Bowers who came to you with her cat that was in a fire, you were the only ones that would help her from all the vets around, she was really upset as she had just lost her house in a fire that day, she had so much to say about how great you were and the care you gave her and her cat,how informed you kept her and so on . You really gave her some hope that she needed. Her cat is 16 yrs old . I thankyou for that and if we lived closer I'd be there with mine but Virginia is alittle far .
