Best Vets office ever!! We moved out of Ft Wayne last year and live 2.5 hrs away now. Today we drove all the way out to Ft Wayne so we could take 2 of our pets rats to DuPont Veterinary. They have ALWAYS taken the best care of our fur babies and I will gladly drive put here again in the future to bring my animals here. Wonderful caring staff and beautiful facility! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

This was our 1st visit I had a appt today scheduled at 1:20 with my dog i spoke with Lindsey on Monday to schedulei arrived at 1pm and when I called to let them know I was there for my appt the same person Lindsey told me I did not have a appt. So I asked her if either vet could please see is today and she said no not if I didn't have a appt. Obviously things can happen but if you made a made a mistake they should have been willing to work me in not be rude to me because she didn't enter it correctly after when she spoke with me. Since this was supposed to be our 1st visit it left a very bad impression on me and I don't I want my pet to go somewhere that could do easily misplace things and the rudeness as well. I just pray they learn from this post that the customer is the ones who pay the bills and be currtious and willing to help when something like this happens to anyone else

I cannot begin to describe how phenomenal of a place this is. I had a seven year old tegu that they treated splendidly, not to mention that's how we were treated. They made us feel like they actually cared, and they did everything possible for Loki. We have since lost our special family member, and had him cremated. I got to hold his little hand during his last bit of time, and I'm grateful. Thank you DuPont for everything. The card you sent me brought joy and tears. We will be back in June with a baby red tegu if you'll have us. The Hurst family is super thankful for you.
Very nice staff. I have a rabbit so the exotic animal vet tech and doctor were amazing! My bunny had no problem with these wonderful ladies. They have great availability as well! We will definitely be back to Dupont!
My cat has been sick over the last year. The doctors know what they are doing. The technicians are great. He required several visits with just the techs. He would start meowing as soon as I put him in the carrier, but stops once we get there. He calms down as soon as he realizes where he is going.
He has had numerous subq infusions and blood draws, and still calms down.
We had a bad experience at another veterinary clinic in Fort wayne, so we decided to try Dupont Veterinary Clinic based on the recommendation of some friends. We took our puppy for the first time this afternoon. The clinic was clean, the staff were friendly and made the visit a pleasant experience for our puppy and for us. The vet tech and veterinarian answered all of our questions thoroughly and didn't rush the appointment. They pampered our puppy and made her feel comfortable throughout the visit. So thankful we tried Dupont Veterinary Clinic! I highly recommend them if you're looking for a veterinarian!

I've been taking my guinea pigs here for 10 years, and am always telling people how awesome my vet is. Dr. Boxberger is amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. They are always friendly and do their best to offer thorough service and address any concerns. I cannot recommend this place enough!
This place is amazing! I didn't realize a vet's office could offer such great service until my dog became a patient! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and caring! I feel like they truly care about me and my dog and that means a lot, especially with how stressful visits to the vet can be. Over the last few years, we've been to this vet's office 20-30 times for various illnesses, emergencies, surgeries, routine visits, etc and have seen 4 different vets. Dr. Rietdorf and Dr. Dawes are my two favorite, I've never felt rushed with either of the them. They are top-notch doctors and I highly recommend them.
Been with Dr. HARRY for 30 years and cannot imagine going anywhere else. His Staff make you feel like a great family, and are always happy. And comforting when they need to be. Love You All Very Much

Called to talk to them about seeing my elderly fathers just adopted guinea pig that has a cold. My normal vet referred us over to these guys because they do exotic animal med. Well I get told that they aren't taking any new patients at all. Gee i wonder how they would feel if it was their animal that is sick and with guinea pigs they can progress very fast and die from a simple cold. Thanks for nothing. I'll be sure to let everyone know just how much you all care about animals.

Dupont Vet Clinic has always taken great care of my pup, McFly. He has had his vaccinations, checkups, and even a surgical dental procedure. The Drs and Staff are very attentive and caring. The facility is gorgeous and clean. Worth every penny.

Never will i take my fur babies to another vet. Our 2 lb chihuahua broke his legs a couple of months ago and has been in and out of the vet for check ups and meds and bandage changes, the vet staff is very professional and is willing to help in any way possible even if you tell them youre short on cash they work something out for you! :)

So happy we switched to Dupont Veterinary Clinic. It is such a friendly place. It is so important to know our pets our in good hands and will be treated with love and care, and it is clear that they really care about animals.
Our beloved cat Icarus sadly had F.I.P. which required us to eventually have him euthanized. Dr. Schaeffer and the team at Dupont Clinic were with us every step of the difficult road. Schaeffer had no problem speaking over the phone with me when I had questions on more than one occasion. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to be in their shoes and seeing this sort of thing so often in their field of work. But they made us feel like they were in OUR shoes and showed us respect, love, and care as if our Icarus was their own fur baby. I hope anyone reading this visits Dupont Veterinary Clinic under happier circumstances, but I can't recommend these folks highly enough and I'm grateful for all the help given to us as well as the help given to the community they serve. Dr. Schaeffer, thank you!!!

I became the initially unwilling owner of a large rabbit who ended up being named Socks. A friend couldn't care for her and asked for my help. I was referred to Dr. Boxberger through Indiana House Rabbit rescue, and she and her team are amazing! They very clearly cared so much for Socks, and when Socks passed were all as sad as I was. They are an amazing team, I will continue to take my other rabbit George there, and I recommend them to anyone.
I got guinea pigs for the first time 2 months ago. I knew I needed to have a vet I can go to that was well educated and wasn't going charge an arm and a leg because I have an animal they aren't familiar with. The staff is wonderful and the doctors know alot! When my guinea pigs got lice 2 weeks ago I took all three there and they did a full check up and sent me home with the medicine they needed. (Already measured!) Yesterday they neutered my boy guinea pig and they did a wonderful job! He is doing great and it's so easy to give him the pain medicine since they got everything all put together for me.

This vet is very clean and beautiful inside and out. Good customer service and they care about your pet! I do have one huge complaint and that is the prices and the fact that they require you to come in for a yearly exam for your pet. I dont think you should be required to do that if your pet is perfectly fine. They will not give monthly flea and worm medicine unless you come in and pay for the yearly visit. It doesn't make sense it just seems like they are trying to hold your animals health hostage unless you pay up. Hopefully they will rethink that rule

Dr. Shaeffer is a very kind and compassionate caregiver. Our dog is very comfortable with her. We also appreciate her knowledgeable advice and pet care. The staff are also very kind and make very good connections with our dog, who has a very special place for anyone who wants to spoil a small dog.

We have 2 mini pigs and found Dupont Vet Clinic on the AMPA website as a recommended veterinarian. We love this facility!!! Dr. Boxberger and her staff are excellent and have always gone above and beyond for Elvis and Willow. The entire staff are wonderful. They love what they do and it shows.
I had to make an emergency trip to Dupont Veterinary Clinic a couple years ago. This might sound a little funny, but it was because of a ..... chicken. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The Dr.s name slips my mind at the moment, but she was very informative. Unfortunatly, I waited to long, Mrs. Beardsly, (bearded 1/2 silkie) was to weak to undergo the surgery. I recieved 2 or 3 different calls from the dr. attending to her. No other veterinarys around here (Columbia City, IN) would even look at poultry. Very touched by the sympathy card I recieved from Dupont Veterinary Clinic, it was signed by ALL of the staff there. Hopefully, I wont have to return there but I strongly recommend them for the health and care of your pets. Thank You Again Dupont Veterinary Clinic.

My Golden retriever Elsa loves coming to the vet here! All of the staff treats her like family. She gets excited the moment she walks in the door- ready to visit everyone. Very professional and friendly service.
The first time I contacted Dupont Veterinary Clinic, I wasn't a customer, but a concerned cat-mom of a sick kitty and the vet I had been going to at the time was closed for the night. Even though I've never been there, the person on the phone was very helpful when I described what was going on, and, after assessing that it wasn't a life threatening emergency, they got me in to see someone first thing in the morning.
I was so impressed with my service there that they immediately became my regular vet. The large (and very clean!) waiting room and separate examination rooms makes for a low-stress environment for all animals, and everyone I have met there has been incredibly friendly and informative. On the rare time that they were running significantly behind schedule(as happens everywhere from time to time), I was offered refreshments and regularly given updates to make sure I knew that I wasn't forgotten.
All-in-all, I highly recommend this place! If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a visit.
Great service and staff. Prescriptions are very expensive, unless you print off and bring in a price match at the time of purchase. The problem, of course, is that you don't always know ahead of time which prescriptions you will be purchasing.
On Saturday December 23rd we needed a special bag of cat food and I knew they closed at noon, so I called and they said they would have the food ready for us and would stay there until we arrived. The front lobby staff are always cheerful and accommodating and I thankful for Dupont Veterinary Clinic.
