There food is good but the wait is so long to get in. If your gonna get chick fil a then just order it online.

God save my poor soul because the chick-fil-a gods stole it right out of my chest and gave me waffle fries

Super friendly service. As of right now (8/8/20) it is drive-thru only. Great price for quality.

Pros: Good food, courtious staff, fast service. Good prices compared to other fast food places. My favorite fast food chicken anything. Their nuggets are out of this world.
Cons: I can eat a whole meal there, but I'm stuffed when I'm done. The waffle fries are not the best ones I've ever had, but they're better than most, and are definitely better than regular fries.
Thoughts: I wish there was one in my home town. Until then we'll just keep coming to this one.

Fast and friendly service. I'm amazed that no matter which chick-fil-a I visit, they are courteous and polite. We ordered online and got our food in a few minutes. It was great! Thanks again

This is definitely the place I will always order from. Thank you so much to the guy who called me to check if I made a curbside order. He stayed on the phone with me to give me directions. When we got there Josh brought out our food and he was just as nice. Even though we were a bit late but our food tastes so good and was nice and hot. Again, thank you Josh and the other guy who called me!!

It's nothing really special about just a chicken joint. Not disgusting good food just nothing spectacular.

Chick-Fil-A has the most consistently solid customer service of any fast food restaurant. The spicy chicken, waffle fries, Chick-Fil-A sauce, and peach shakes (when they're in season) are all great.

Love this place, the employees are so nice, never had any issues with my food or cleanliness. It does get busy, but they have a nice flow to keep people moving.

Fast friendly drive thru service. No inside dining. Food was hot and ready we arrived at the drive up window.

My first time eating at Chick fil A EVER! I told the cashier and asked her what she would try. I got what she suggested and I loved it. They were super fast as well!

Worst pick up service ever have to wait for ages to get my food they need to update their way of pickup services worst experience has their food before always they forget my sauses... have to throw away the food. Very bad experience..

This was my first time eating here. I love it. The fries are fabulous, the chicken tenders and are tender and seasoned to perfection. Due to the pandemic it was a bit of a wait, but not because of the employees. I will be a return customer.

I pulled up to the drive thru and wow there were a ton of cars! I thought Ugh! I am so impressed how quickly and efficiently they moved those cars through! Way to go Chick Fil A!!!

Love love love the food and hospitality. I'm so happy they built one closer to my area. The only downfall is that they're busy ALL the time and the lines are very long. They move relatively fast, but make sure you give yourself time.

For always being busy and having a long line they get you in and out really fast. Their food is always really amazing too. We definitely need more here in fort wayne

Went for lunch in drive thru was asked to pull up because my chicken had only 30 more seconds in the fryer and it would be right out.... 12+ cars who's orders were placed after mine and about 15mins later and no apologies.... I didn't know 2 kids meals and 2 adult chicken sandwich meals were so complicated... and they forgot our drinks... I shouldn't have to spend 20 mins in a drive thru to even place an order then an aditional 15 or more for food that isn't that complicated to make. Very aggravating and unprofessional... I wont be back...

Ate here about 2:45 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon. I ordered a market salad with avacado lime dressing. The salad was very good, as expected, and the service was quick and friendly as well. Will definitely eat here again.

I placed two separate orders that was the same meal. The first order came out almost immediately then I waited probably ten minutes for the second while the first ordered cooled off when they should have made both meals fresh instead of just one.

It was so good. I keep the extra sauces and rub them on my body.

There waffle fries offer something different from the same old stick fries. There chicken is always fresh and tender. The only draw back is that it is located in the mall but that will be resolved soon. We need more Chick-fil-A locations in the Fort.

The food is incredible!

You are more likely to hit a bullseye on a target board with a bow and arrow while riding a horse in the opposite direction than to get a wrong order!

And if your order is wrong, the food is still great and you discover yet another reason to eat at this true gem of a restaurant.

This newly opened Chick-fil-A is nicely laid out and very easy to follow. Signage is clear so that even if you are a first time diner, it's easy to know what to do. The menu has a lot of variety. The workers were all pleasant and efficient. The food was very good. We enjoyed our visit very much and I would not hesitate to return.

I love this place. The workers are usually smiling and very helpful. Even better now I dont have to ho all the way into the mall to get the best chicken sandwich. I will be eating more now that it's better accessibly by having a restaurant outside of the mall.
