Dunes Hotel & Beach Resort Review

the hotel is very nice family facilities but there is something very bad is that there is nobody responsible for giving you an accurate answer for any claim during my stay of 5 nights 6 days specifically on Tuesday 22/07/2014 I left the hotel shopping but I brought the keys with me that was approximately at 11:15 am I returned as at 6:20 pm and got the room made a mess until the bed was lying down and out of place with both bedside tables when the information was requested immediately call to the reception but they told me that the supervisor of the waitresses would wait there for 30 "and nobody arrived so I looked for the corridor and found the supervisor I had her come to the room to see what state she was in ... I brought the security personnel and then the customer service staff and when they were present I checked my belongings so that they could take the full report because there was a lack of crafts acquired in the area of the beach for a value of just 200.00 but I believe that it is not only about the value but about the beginning and the attention even to the date 08/12/2014 I am waiting for an answer of what happened with my belonging as with the disorder that I got in my room .- is so unfortunate that having such a good space for recreation and that a fact like that ruin the work of those who strive to give good service!

I love the attention and I really like how it is being remodeled I hope that tomorrow I will make pancakes at breakfast I give it 20 points.

We stayed at your hotel a week ago .... It really is a beautiful resort! dreamed of! (with a bit of neglect in parts, for example the dining room could improve). But the rooms are beautiful. The attention and cleanliness is of excellence! (From the rooms, lobby, stairs, dining rooms, pools, to the beach! To highlight.)
The attention of the staff is great! All very attentive and constantly predisposed!
The only criticism we have as a family is the buffet ... it is not up to the standard of the hotel we are staying in. We understand the situation in the country and that is why we do not take charge of the company.
We pray to God to improve the situation for the good of all Venezuelans!

Terrible, the food made me sick, the air conditioning in the room was poor and the technician never solved, the room was delivered late, the pools dirty, the water in the pools and the bathroom salted and a lot more faults

All amazing! First the Puerto Cruz beach, one of the most beautiful on the island, with coral sand and the mountain of sand, which at the summit has a nice lighthouse, for which I recommend climbing almost at sunset ... The facilities remodeled so far very Good, all clean, good service, friendly attention, security, quality food and drinks available in bars throughout the complex. Bike rides, boats on the small mangrove, super well maintained swimming pools and the best churuata closest to the beach where the rumbas at night are excellent !!! Holidays to enjoy the Caribbean Sea in all its splendor, this is an ideal place !!! Of course, away from Porlamar and other more commercial attractions of the island.

PESIMO ... In the days of Easter I stayed in this hotel and my room was stolen several things to make the claim I was told that the maid who was that day cleaning (Friday) would be free until Monday and in view I left the hotel on Saturday they could not answer me for the lost items! I do not recommend them extremely expensive for the terrible security they provide

The hotel is very large and it is seen that at some point it was luxurious, but the employees are not very pleasant and the administration is untidy.

We had a horrible time! Many, many pests, humidity in the rooms, terrible food, there was not even sugar for the coffee, the PREMIUM area (I do not know what the name is) is super far from the lobby, the beach and restaurants, in a week We did not go to the pool for a day because only one was operational and it was COCHINE, DIRTY, DISGUSTING !!!!! The other in "maintenance"
The light goes out all the time and there is no plant.
The positive the person is absolutely friendly, always trying to solve! And I really liked the beach!
I do not recommend it, my family and I saved for a week of vacation and lost our money. I feel ripped off, the photos on the page do not match the reality of this place!

The worst hotel I've ever been in my life, an invasion of plagues that I've never seen so many together, the food pours sugar-free coffee had chiripas in the restaurant, the first room I was in a lot of humidity and I was informed that it was recently remodeled, I missed my stupid room things like shampoo, my personal towels, liquid shower soap, my daughter's shoe was lost and the last day was that they found it, I had a very bad experience and I do not recommend it for Nothing in the world, the only redeemable thing was the attention of the hotel staff
