We had a great experience with Kimberly Sook. She worked diligently to get us a Bolt (usually a long wait). She was very responsive and gave great service

It took a couple of days to get it done but when everything came together it worked out very well. Couldn't be more happier with my purchase everyone I show it to loves what I bought. Thanks again for the excellent service couldn't be more happier

I always give credit where credit is due and the parts department at this location does not get my vote. Most things can be forgiven as mistakes will happen, crappy customer service and unfriendly counter people cannot. It doesn t hurt to smile and be welcoming in that environment. I go out of my way now to go to the Marine location for my parts needs. Sent my dad to buy his van there as well, his experience was awesome, Terminal location could do well to take a page put of their book.

I bought a groupon because it seemed more reputable from a dealership. I called on Friday morning and booked an appointment. Upon arrival, my appointment had been lost . Things happen, booked an appointment for the next day and registered the VIN etc to expedite the next day. Was quoted an hour and a half for the oil change package. Arrived on Saturday and they say two hours. Not that big of a deal. It s over two and a half hours later, and the service rep doesn t seem to know what he s doing and I still don t have my truck. This does not instill any confidence in me to bring my other vehicles here for routine maintenance. Disappointed with the lack of communication and organization at this location.
Got my truck back nearer to the three hour and my chrome lug nuts have been exchanged for steel ones. Thanks Dueck GMC. Will not be reccomending others here.

Not a pleasant oil change experience today. They drained my oil and then found out that they don't have oil filter for my truck. My last time here, that's for sure. Customer service (service drop-off/pick-up) needs more training as well, just a promises and excuses. T.

Always caring; Mak is a very personable, professional individual who made sure that all of my transportation needs were met. I received excellent service from shopping to test drive to purchase and financing. Well worth the trip from the Fraser Valley to downtown Dueck GM.

I came in and saw Danny Bolina, and he was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. He was very friendly and answered every question we had with confidence.

Good service in the beginning but as negotiations took place their attitude becomes intolerable. Sales manager, Ryan, was quite arrogant. They tried to sell a car which is not even on the lot. When we told them about our budget, Ryan laughed at the fact that the car I was looking for was not in my budget. He said it was not his fault but did not try to offer a solution. As we said thank you and left, Ryan and his associates laughed as we walked out the door. Attitude is really poor, that is no way to treat a customer and make them feel bad as they walk out the door even if no sale is completed. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Thanks very much to Marco in the service department who clarified an issue that I had using a groupon, called me back right away, and booked me in for the next day. Great customer service!!

Took my vehicle their for some Warranty work, had a problem that kept on acting up, these things happen, got to to know Marco and Mike pretty good, and even though the situation was out of their hands, they still conducted themselves with extreme class and empathy, for that I give 5 Stars. Excellent customer service from Kimberly Kim. She was very patient and showed me and my wife several vehicles that we are comparing. She also answered all our questions with ease. We enjoyed our shopping experience with Kimberly and we would definitely recommend her to our family and friends.

As an out of town buyer of a used car I didn't have high expectations of securing a deal. However my expectations were exceeded while working with Kimberly from start to finish. Normally dealers look to turn over used cars as quick as possible, but with a small refundable deposit they held to their word and reserved it until I could make travel plans to Vancouver, even though they had multiple local buyers wanting to purchase this same vehicle.

I also want to thank Peter, Amanda, Joe and everyone else at the office that helped make this a smooth worry free transaction.

I just want to express my grate satisfaction with the Deuck Downtown dealership today, November 7, 2019. I was introduced to my new car by Mak Makalai, the sales representative. Mak was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions promptly. He put an effort to fulfill my request in choosing what would be the best options for me. I also, want to mention that the financing department explained in details all of my options and offered some extra coverage which I excepted.
Overall, It was nice spending a couple of hours with this dealership employees and management.

Kimberly is so knowledgeable, kind and friendly, treated me like a long lost friend, in a no pressure enviroment. She was even going to pick me up in Surrey on the delivery date! Might want to evaluate how you talk to customers. Calling them out on fb and telling them they probably can't afford your cars probably isn't going to win you any new customers.

I travelled in for business from Edmonton with my 2017 Silverado. As my stay turned to be more extended than anticipated, I had to schedule in a number of service items that the truck required within the week. Darren in Sales was able to provide a complimentary GM Business Elite Silverado to minimize my downtime and avoid the impact on my schedule. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Kimberly Kim was my salesperson and she went out of her way to help me. I am from the Sunshine Coast and she would ve picked me up at the ferry if need be. Then to help me turn in my car for the scrap it rebate and because I was not local, she followed me all the way out to Surrey and then drove me back to the dealership. We had quite the adventure. I recently purchased a Chevrolet Trax at Dueck Downtown and the experience was very positive. After an initial introduction with Ryan Schram (Sales Manager) at the dealership I worked with Alborz Bahrami to make the final vehicle selection. The Trax is a great compact SUV for anyone requiring a bit of extra space to haul stuff around yet be very manageable to drive within a crowded city. I do recommend a visit with the team at Dueck Downtown. Alborz was very thorough and made sure that I ended up with the vehicle that I required.

I have bought my first EV car from Elena. This is fantastic experience that s been around for a while. She is carry outstanding quality, honesty. I have enjoyed doing business with her.
Although I bothered her by visiting the shop several times before making the final decision, Elena was kind to me each time and helped me get the best offer.
After the purchase was completed, I had to visit the service with some small fixes. Every time She came by and organized the service performed well.

The salesman tried to rip me off... Trying to sale me a pickup at a price above the sticker price on their website... Then they wouldn't stop calling me and once I stopped responding to their calls the salesman sent me a text messages of insults... Just avoid this dealer

Every night I prepare for the next leg of the journey. I plan on 3 fast charges a day. Much to learn I the first two days. I plan on 120miles I don t feel empty. It s a great.Car. Just bought a used truck and was very happy with the service. Kimberly Kim was very attentive and quick. The was a misunderstanding at one point and Peter Sorensen sorted it out honorably and to my satisfaction.

James at Dueck Downtown was recommended to me by an acquaintance of my daughter. James presented me with a beautiful car that met all the criteria I had discussed with him. Unfortunately my credit was not quite good enough to obtain financing on a new vehicle but James did not give up on me and worked hard with Dueck ' s leasing department to find my much needed new vehicle. I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone at Dueck and James in particular and am totally in love with my 2014 Dodge Dart that they arranged for me. I highly recommend Dueck Downtown and, when my lease is up I will definitely see James for my next vehicle.

I took the time to create a google account just to review this place, I will never recommend dueck. The service manager is insulting the service advisors abandon their posts they do work that was not authorized and put in parts and labor that did not fix the car and expect my daughter to pay for it. I did not cause a scene, I paid my daughters bill and told her to go somewhere else next time. If i lived here and had the time I would be taking this to the media and spreading the word to anyone I meet.

Bought a brand new GMC Canyon last year. James Brennan was awesome and helped me through the purchase and a great package with levelling and rims/tires. Service was great and James has been great about following up and making sure everything is going good with the truck afterwards. Highly recommend.

Dueck DT has great customer service. They were very helpful in assisting me with my truck purchase from recommendations to obtaining the specs I wanted. I absolutely love my GMC Denali.

I do not get the all the bad reviews. I had a timing chain replaced last summer at a NON GM garage. Big Mistake on my part! After a few months - I had big problems. Dueck was great in sorting all of this out. Then new problems began and Dueck adjusted the bill in my favour and repaired those problems. I know they spent many hours trying to sort the problems and I know I did not get charged all the labour costs on the vehicle. They had to keep the vehicle at the garage and they gave a taxi ride home while they worked on the vehicle. They were always polite and had the shop foreman and a technician working on my vehicle which is 12 years old. I did spend considerable money getting it fixed - that is to be expected with today's vehicles and especially with a 12 year old one. I do know that they did not charge me as much as they could have and I am very grateful for that. Many thanks to P the service manager and the employees at Dueck

I purchased my first SUV from Dueck Downtown back in 2010 and I just traded in that one for a newer SUV. I couldn't be happier with my experience both with the service department but also with their sales department. My experience has been world class and they truly go out of their way to make sure you get taken care of. From the General Manger down to the Service guys, I having nothing but GREAT things to say about them. Special shout out to sales associate Mak and sales manager Peter. If you're looking to buy a vehicle from Dueck, I highly recommend you go see these guys. The General Manager (Blair) runs a tight ship there and it shows throughout the entire organization. They sold me used car and clutch failed completely after less than 5000 km.
I fixed the clutch at dueck on marine and paid 2000 dolars, not big deal.
I got phone call from salesperson who told me that they knew about that problem before selling car to me!?
I got furious after he contacted me.
I will take them to small claim court.
I was a Dueck customer for many years and didn't deserve that.
If they wanted to sell a broken car to somebody why choose me, I was a loyal customer.

Went into Dueck downtown to look at a C-Max hybrid, it was in for service and unavailable to test. There were other options there that caught my eye, one being a Fiat500 EV. After only 10 mins. driving it I knew it was for me. Darren my sales rep was awesome to me and manager Peter honored a condition I applied to the sale without any hassles, Amanda the business manager was a pleasure to deal with, thanks to all 3 for the awesome job. It's been a month with the new EV and am loving it, charges overnight with a level 1 basic connection and gives me 2-3 days around town, a perfect city commuter and very fast...love it!!... Highly recommend Dueck DT on Terminal ave. for anyone needing an around town commuter...ask for Darren... Fast forward to July 2020 and the aforementioned awesome Fiat 500EV is back at Duecks, available for someone else to enjoy, as it's been traded in for a very nice brand new Chevy Malibu that I've had for a week and am loving it. I contacted Darren to arrange the purchase, unfortunately he informed me he had moved on but put me in contact with Zlatko. Mr.Zlatko, as I call him, has been equally excellent to deal with and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an informative non pressured car buying experience. As well, Amanda in the business office and Peter the manager were great to deal with and I appreciate all they did to get me into this beautiful Chevy, Thanks to them all!!

Hi,
Around May 3 and 4th, I arranged oil change and cooling system servies for May 9th. I was quoted $240 in total before taxes. I also confirmed that there will be shuttle services coming in within 15km radius to pick me up so that I can pick up my car. The call agent confirmed. Then, on May 8th, I called twice to confirm the price but now it s $265 which I was surprised but agreed. Again I spoke with two different agents to confirm shuttle pick up with my address. Both confirmed and said that the shuttle service ends at 4:30pm. I asked to book a shuttle for 4:00pm on May 9th but the agent told me I can only do it on the day of. So I dropped off my car thinking that I ll be picked up. When I called on May 9th a very rude agent tells me that they driver cannnot travel to my address although it s within 15km and he is off as of 3:45pm!!
If I would have known this I would have scheduled the services on a day that I can accommodate my schedule. I will be late for my son s soccer game.
Then later on that day I got a call from another agent who said that the battery would need to be replaced and the total will be $705. I explained what I was told and how it has become super inconvenient. No accountability or no apology.
I m a single mom and I need to work and take care of my kid all by myself. This event has been the more inconvenient and costly affair.

We decided to trade our old Merc SLK for something that would handle the winters and made an appointment with Alborz to look at some mid-sized trucks. He was called away during the process and handed us off to Mak. The teamwork was a pleasure. Mak made the sales process so simple. We ended up with our dream truck - a GMC Canyon All Terrain. We took it to Campbell River and ran it though it's paces and love, love, love it! Mak and Alborz are the best!

Dean ( My sales guy) was an angle , as well as Steve ( my other sales guy) who was nice and Caring.
I was super lucky for having Dean working a deal out with Peter ( the manager guy) for an amazing Corvette 3LT which is by far one the most lucrative vehicles available on roads nowadays.
I would also want to mention that despite having a month of negotiations, etc. Dean was the main reason I visited the dealership again to finally purchase the car, he was beyond patient and caring even responding to my calls in the middle of night when I didn't know which fuel to use on my beautiful corvette, he is a true star in the dealership.

Use the Dueck on Marine, not on Terminal. I just had a long-standing problem with my car fixed at Marine for a fraction of what they quoted me at the Terminal Avenue location. The Terminal Ave people wanted to charge me almost two thousand dollars to fix a noise the Marine people fixed for $144.50 (which includes labour).

Everyone at the Marine location is very professional, competent and pleasant. They do exactly what they say they will do and get confirmation before they do it. You know exactly what's going on and are in control of what work is being done.

Ah such a great experience with Mak, he is friendly, informative. He has gone out of his way 100% to make us happy and to make sure we get the vehicle we want.
Mak is a great asset to your company. He represents Dueck exceptionally well. I honestly wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Great service Mak & Duecks!

It's a dealership... but they did lose my dad's truck keys when we got it serviced recently...

I brought my car into dueck last week for its regular service and maintenance, I usually do it at my local shop but I was passing through on vacation and decided to take it there. I was very pleased with the service that I received, Rachel in the booking office was fantastic and was able to book me in despite my busy schedule.

Yesterday I closed the deal with Dueck Downtown for a used Nissan Altima. Kimberly Kim has been the key to this win-win deal. She really went extra miles to ensure I got what I need with the car, extra coverage, and the licence plate number as well! She gave all the information and details much better then any car sales representative I have dealt with before. Next time you look for a car, either brand new or used, talk to the one and the only Kimberly Kim.

We were in the market for a cheap but reliable second car for work. We spent an entire day driving from lot to lot and were ready to make a deal. We visited auto malls, independent dealers, etc, but just couldn't find the right car or the right salesman to close the deal. When we first drove into the Dueck lot, we parked at the back end where most of the cars had not been serviced or cleaned - TBH we were turned off and I started to drive away. My wife asked what car we were there to see (which I hadn't remembered) so we parked, I looked at my app, and we decided to at least go inside and have a look at the car since we had driven there. Once we got inside, it was a whole new ballgame. The dealership is huge, clean, and beautiful. The "nice" cars were all in front and on the opposite side of the lot, so my first impression was very inaccurate. We met with Al Bahrami who was completely awesome. Great guy, ready to make a deal, and very professional. Once we agreed on price, we came back several days later to close the deal. We then met with Amanda to make our final payment and discuss the warranty. We hadn't planned to purchase an extended warranty since the car was only a few years old, however, the low cost for a bumper to bumper warranty was well worth it -- only a couple thousand for a bumper to bumper 6 year warranty. Amanda never attempted to hard sell us, she was very patient and lovely, and it was a very positive experience. Then we met with Dawn for insurance (ICBC), yet another positive experience. Once insurance was completed, we chose our plates, the car was cleaned and fully fueled, and we were on our way. Words cannot express my satisfaction and happiness over this experience. My wife and I were so happy we didn't just leave the lot when we first got there. We've bought many cars and this was by far the best experience we've ever had. This team is quick, efficient, VERY friendly, and there are no high pressure sales tactics. The car was presented to us in immaculate condition.
