Good service in the beginning but as negotiations took place their attitude becomes intolerable. Sales manager, Ryan, was quite arrogant. They tried to sell a car which is not even on the lot. When we told them about our budget, Ryan laughed at the fact that the car I was looking for was not in my budget. He said it was not his fault but did not try to offer a solution. As we said thank you and left, Ryan and his associates laughed as we walked out the door. Attitude is really poor, that is no way to treat a customer and make them feel bad as they walk out the door even if no sale is completed. If I could give them a 0 I would.
