I'm a repeat customer of DuctWorks and they again exceeded my expectations. Rodolfo arrived on-time and completed the duct/dryer vent cleaning in about 4 hours. He was very professional and even showed me before/after pictures once he would complete various sections of the house. After a final walk through, each vent and return were dust-free and the furnace is clean. If you are in the need for a duct cleaning, and desire to extend the life of your HVAC equipment, I would highly recommend DuctWorks being your only call for duct/dryer vent cleaning service.

The person sent to clean the ducts went above and beyond! Even though my furnace was being replaced two days after the ducts were cleaned he made sure the squirrel cage fan was clean! Amazing company at a great value! Our furnace and ducts were filled with construction debris and several inches of drywall dust after a remodel. Afterwards all of the debris was gone and the ducts are spotless. The difference was amazing! Well worth the price they charged. It could be said that the true test of a company's character and commitment to excellent service can best be measured not when everything goes flawlessly at first, but rather with how they respond when things do not (AT FIRST) go according to plan. This would be a good way to summarize our recent experience with Ductworks. After having some concerns with the initial service, we addressed those with the ops manager Patrick who was extremely responsive and quickly dispatched a different technician, Jon B., to address those concerns. Jon B. was courteous and professional with both myself, my wife, and my children. He was frankly amazing and worked very hard and into the evening hours to address the issue! Jon B. did a fantastic job, answered any questions we had and completely turned around our overall experience with Ductworks. Kudos to Jon B. for a job VERY well done and kudos to Patrick and the broader Ductworks team for standing by their quality of service!

Mario with Ductworks did an amazing job of cleaning out our duct system. He showed me some pictures before he started and when the job was completed. The difference was amazing and I believe will improve our air quality. I recommend this service for anyone that is concerned about taking good care of their health. Jean, who came to clean our ducts two weeks ago, was incredibly kind, thorough, and trust-worthy. I would have invited him to stay for dinner were the timing right as he was so approachable and humble. When I called the company to tell them how nice Jean was, the man I spoke with said that the company prides itself on honesty and humility--and it shows. I don't know if I have ever left a review online before--but Jean absolutely earned it.

Marizo showed up to do the scheduled duct cleaning. Upon visual inspection of ducts throughout the house he informed me that they were clean and did not need to be serviced. He said it was too soon and cleaning the ducts now would be a waste of his time and of my money! Very much appreciate a company with the honesty and integrity to do what's right and not just take my money.

The service technician was about 1/2 hour late. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with. He protected the floors with drop clothes. He also vacuumed some fan vents in the bathrooms and laundry room (not included in the total vent count) and he repaired a hole in my dryer vent "hose". He did not wash the vent covers as the service description indicates is done - however, he did vacuum them. My only real complaint is that it is very noisy and it's a very long service. My service tech did not finish until 5:30. He took before and after pictures of the vents and was able to demonstrate how clean they were after he serviced them.

I would recommend this company to any one, Sonny was our tech and he did a fantastic job.

My mother in law used these guys to have her ducts cleaned on February 15, 2019 and was not worth the hassle after waiting for 3 months to get the vents cleaned. We received picture only after complaining and a broken dryer. During the service event, the tech named Alexy pulled her dryer out to clean the dryer vent and did not reinstall it. After the service my mother in law started using her dryer to find that it wasn't drying cloths correctly or the same it was prior to the service. Unfortunately we did not discover the vent was clogged till after her dryer malfunctioned. When we requested Ductworks to come out and re clean the vent on Saturday the 16th, they said they would call back on Sunday the 17th. On Sunday at 11am we received a call from someone and said they will call us back to let you know what we will do. On Monday Jason called and left a message that he was calling about our service on Friday and that he needed to speak to the tech to understand what was done asked for us to give him a call back. We also sent an email with no response. We called him back on Tuesday 19, and he repeated all the same things. Tried to tell us that vents do tend to get clogged when they go out the roof. Don't know what dryer vents he has been cleaning but they usually go out a side wall as our does. Due to the delay on Duct works part we had to clean the dryer vent ourselves which the weather was extremely cold and non forgiving. My father in law had to pull the dryer vent apart under the house to unclog the vent line that the tech had clogged. Jason's response when we finally got ahold of him was we never gave him a chance to resolve the issue and here she is having to pay to have her dryer repaired because of Ductworks horrible service and customer service. We all used to use Ductworks, and never again after this horrible customer service experience. Update: March 2019 - the company responded to this review and said that this is not a good example of poor customer service. Update: May 2019 - the furnace was only surface cleaned and very poorly. Clean only what they see and hope the customer doesn t further inspect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Jon, and Rodolfo came and cleaned our 2 furnaces, and they did a Stellar job. They were very respectful and careful with our home and all their interactions with us. The job they did is nothing short of stellar. I love their method, It is careful with your home, but does the best job I could imagine. I will be recommending Ductworks to everyone I know.

Technician worked hard 10 hours plus to clean both cold and hot air ducts. Did a good job. Hard work.

I contacted Ductworks after hearing an endorsement and thinking maybe that will help with my allergies. I haven't had allergy issues since I was young but ever since I bought my new house I was having trouble and it had gotten really bad! I will warn you they are in such high demand I had to wait many weeks for an appointment (especially since it was in the fall their busiest time of the year I think). They came and to my relief they actually bring the equipment inside so no need to leave the door open. It happened to be a frigid cold day. They cleaned everything and showed me pictures of how much better everything was. What happened after is the really amazing part! The cleaning seemed to upset the motor in my furnace. It smelled and wasn't blowing very well. I called and Jason came over within a few hours. He took apart everything and cleaned it more than they even normally would and got it running again. Later it was giving me issues again so I called Jason back. He didn't hesitate and called Elk Horn and had a furnace specialist come and replace the motor for me at absolutely no charge! He was my hero! He didn't hesitate to fix the issue even though it is possible it had nothing to do with the cleaning. He reassured me from the very beginning he would take care of me. Being a single mom with a new house money is tight so a problem with my furnace during a particularly cold week, AND the same week as Christmas I was so relieved to have someone helping me in such an extraordinary manner! My apologies! We recently added central air to our home's heating system. Our AC installer strongly recommended that we have our ducts cleaned by Ductworks before the AC was installed. You came and did a great job. But they also recommended that we have our ducts sealed. Another company came in to seal our ducts and we were unhappy with their installation procedures. Since they were also a duct company, I inadvertently confused their company with Ductworks and initially gave a bad review. Ductworks did a great job and we were pleased with the results. 5 stars.

Called for an appt. because air conditioner kept shutting itself off during the hottest part of the summer. The next appt. Was more than a month out. They offered to put me on their wait list for cancelations. I received a call the very next morning. Jean soon arrived. Extremely, polite and very thorough. Thank you Jean!

I was thoroughly impressed with the work completed by Michael Simmons. Before starting he explained the process, laid down protective covering, and got out cleaning supplies. He completed in approximately 6.5 hours and showed me all pictures he had taken of my ducts. He was extremely professional. The ducts had never been cleaned at the home I just moved to so his hard work was much appreciated! He was respectful of the home and careful with cleaning to minimize dust. The overall experience with Ductworks was good. The technician was very prompt and walked me through the process when he arrived. He worked clean and respected the house. He showed me pictures of before and after results. The only disappointment was they did not seal the access panels they cut in supply and return lines with HVAC tape. I had to seal after the fact. They also left the sheet metal cut offs on the floor of the basement.

I was really impressed with Ductworks. They were flexible and got me the exact day I wanted to have the work done. They showed up on time and did a very thorough job. The technician walked me through all of the steps and even cleaned the exterior area (the vents and their surroundings). My heater is now working quite well, thanks to clean ducts. I'd noticed my house was dusty all if the time, no matter how often I changed my air filter, and I realized I'd never had my ducts cleaned. After years of hearing Slacker talk about how great Duct Works is, I finally gave them a try for myself. Eddy took my call and scheduled the appointment. He also explained what to expect, and as I toured him around my home, he made a point to love on my dogs so they didn't freak out on him for being a stranger. After he was finished, Michael showed me the bridge and after photos and I was disgusted at what my family had been breathing for so long. Not impressed. One of my 2 techs was on his phone pretending to work most of the time. Pretty sure he never even removed some of the vent covers. Then he sat outside in his van for 3 hours when he was done instead helping the other guy finish. Some of the return vents were apparently too small for their equipment to clean so there s that too. For the money they charge I was expecting a better job.

Such a great experience with DuctWorks! I called in with some questions about their services and the issues I was having in my home and Eddie was very patient with me and gave me a lot of valuable information that is going to save me time and money! on 07/30/15 and had 25 of them including returns which works out to $595. For that price, I expect my house to be left cleaner than when they arrived and that was not the case. Several vents had dust, trash, drywall, paint chips etc left around them after the technician moved on to another area. Dust was not swept up around the vent which was very visible on my hardwood floors. On the upstairs level of our house, our vents are located in the ceiling. The Tech damaged several of the areas around the vents while attempting to remove them from our ceiling. We have one vent that our ceiling several inches from the vent is now damaged. Our basement was just finished by a professional contractor. We now have black marks on the wall from what I assume is a ladder being banged against it which was not there before the Tech arrived. On top of the damage our home sustained (our house is a new construction and is only 2 years old so now we have damage we didn't even cause) We had to ask the Tech to see the before and after pictures and to see what was pulled out of our vents. He was planning on leaving without showing us. Last but not least, the transit vehicle that was parked in our driveway left a nice oil spot. Overall, I probably should have hired a fly by night company for cheaper and could have had the same experience.

After receiving my inspection report when closing on my townhouse, I was recommended to have my ducts cleaned. As a first time home owner I had no idea who to go to. I decided to look up duct cleaning services online and found DuctWorks who were highly rated. This was the BEST decision to go with DuctWorks. They have great service. I initially was scheduled to have my appointment on the 30th and when I set my appointment they asked if I would want to be called when they had an opening come up. An appointment opened up on the 22nd, they called, I said yes and they were at my place in 30 minutes! Jul was the duct technician who came. He was friendly, wore booties in my house to not track dirt, laid out sheets to cover my floors, put blocks up to cover my corners, walked me through the process and did everything to provide great customer service. He took pictures to show before and after and my ducts NEEDED a cleaning! I'm so glad I set up this appointment with DuctWorks and I had Jul as my duct technician. I highly recommend this DuctWorks! In the next 3-4 years I will be calling them again and I hope I get someone as great as Jul again. Thank you DuctWorks!

I have nothing but great things to say about the experience I had getting my air ductwork cleaned. I was very fortunate to have Matt arrive on time and ready to work. He was nothing shy of professional and knowledgeable the entire time he was here. He was cautious and considerate while moving his machinery around. It is hard to come across good customer service, but Matt exceeded those expectations.

The service provider arrived on time, was friendly, and worked diligently to thoroughly clean our ducts. Fortunately, it was possible to complete the work without the need for any additional access panels into the ductwork in our finished basement, though this was only because of the placement of our existing supply and return registers. These are excellent, competent professionals. They are careful about minimizing tracking dirt into your home (tarps and shoe covers) and work as quickly and efficiently as possible. We had a dryer vent leak as well and Carlos G. helped us move the dryer, fix the vent, and vacuum out the duct to the outside. This is a great outfit with good communication and hardworking employees. We highly recommend them.

Incredible Service Our home is older with a very quirky and old duct system. Ductworks assured me that they could clean them properly. Jul was sent to my home to clean, as I was told by Ductworks that he would definitely be able to access all the ducts and do a thorough cleaning. I had my doubts, as I had them cleaned a few years ago by another company, but they really did not do much, seemed confused on how to access for a thorough cleaning. It turned out to be a waste of time and money. To say the least, Jul was fantastic. Extremely nice, professional, explained what he was doing, and worked relentlessly cleaning every inch of our system. The dirt and debris, that was removed, was shocking. He took before and after pictures and again I was shocked to see the gunk in my ducts before; and grateful to see the after pictures of my ducts shiny and clean. I am grateful for the work he did as I immediately could tell the difference of the air coming from the vents. Jul also gave us some tips on fixing a couple of minor issues with my ducts to help keep them clean longer. I will only use Ductworks going forward. They really know their business, and were very reasonably priced. I want to personally thank Jul for giving our home the clean fresh air we had hoped for with our allergies.

These folks were recommended by my furnace company. Scheduled me in 2 days, finished up under the time initially quoted. Showed me photos of all before and after. Reasonably priced. The last "99$" special we used took our furnace out for 3 days (in Winter of course) and wouldn't back up the work.

Highly recommend that ducts be cleaned if you bought a new construction home. DuctWorks did a superb job cleaning not only the vents/ducts, but also the furnace. My furnace fan was caked in construction debris. It was removed, taken outside, and WASHED!! I was impressed and am very glad this was done in my new home. The vents and ducts are all shiny now - no dust or debris. DuctWorks is the best!

The work was completed today. I am very satisfied. A thorough job was done, documented by before and after photos, and the technician, Jul, was pleasant and left everything very clean.

One on the best things that we had done since moving into our newly constructed house. Yashan, the technician, was very friendly, cordial, conscientious, and thorough. He spent as much time as was necessary to make sure that the job was completed according to the Ductworks standards. The before-and-after photos revealed why I might have had a sinus problem since moving into the house. Ductworks was able to remove all of the construction dust and debris.

Representative showed up promptly and thoroughly explained the process before beginning. I have several dogs that I kenneled while he was here doing the work and he was so careful of them. Job went along as described and although we didn't discuss my dryer vent until he was working, he got that too (extra cost.) Overall very pleasant experience even with the noise necessary to get the job done properly. I will use Ductworks again in the future.

The tech Kyle was great, he was on time, did a great job and communicated throughout the process.

I think Ductworks was very thorough. Nice to have clean vents and ducts. The two gentlemen that did the job were very friendly. There is a video on their website that doesn t completely represent their work, however. The video shows vent washing, removal and recaulking if necessary. It also showed welding the piece back that was cut out of the main duct. This was not done. Did not recaulk even when I inquired about it and metallic tap was used to reseal the piece cut out from the main duct. I was shown pictures of before and after but was under the impression the pictures would be emailed to me. I asked the gentleman and was told they would. I did not receive any pictures. I also asked about recaulking and was told the don t do that and that s why they are careful when cutting the seal around the vent. They were careful but I will recaulk them.

Our ducts had not been cleaned in 25 years they look great. My wife notices a much better smell with clean ducts.

Ductworks intake process was efficient, polite, and provided me with all the information I needed--having not cleaned my ducts before. My first appointment with Ductworks was rescheduled due to illness of the technician. I appreciated Ductworks timely notification and professional adherence to CDC and CDPHE recommendations re. symptom screening for home-based service providers. Thank you, Ductworks, for keeping my family safe! My service on Saturday, June 6 was exceptional. William called ahead to inform me what time he would arrive. He donned mask and shoe covers prior to entering my home. He put down drop cloths under all of his equipment and kindly went above and beyond expectations when he assisted me to move some of my furniture to ease access to the vents. William was polite and friendly; his presence is my home for the 5 hour cleaning was not disruptive in the least. We were amazed with our before and after photos. What a difference! Ductworks certainly earns their 5-Star Reviews.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DUCT WORKS, YES THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, HOWEVER , THEIR WORK WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! THE SO CALLED TECHNICIAN DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO REMOVE THE COLD AIR RETURN VENTS AND CLEAN THAT AREA . IF FURNITURE HAD TO BE MOVED TO REACH A HEAT VENT IT WAS NOT REPLACED. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!
