After receiving my inspection report when closing on my townhouse, I was recommended to have my ducts cleaned. As a first time home owner I had no idea who to go to. I decided to look up duct cleaning services online and found DuctWorks who were highly rated.
This was the BEST decision to go with DuctWorks. They have great service. I initially was scheduled to have my appointment on the 30th and when I set my appointment they asked if I would want to be called when they had an opening come up. An appointment opened up on the 22nd, they called, I said yes and they were at my place in 30 minutes!
Jul was the duct technician who came. He was friendly, wore booties in my house to not track dirt, laid out sheets to cover my floors, put blocks up to cover my corners, walked me through the process and did everything to provide great customer service. He took pictures to show before and after and my ducts NEEDED a cleaning!
I'm so glad I set up this appointment with DuctWorks and I had Jul as my duct technician. I highly recommend this DuctWorks! In the next 3-4 years I will be calling them again and I hope I get someone as great as Jul again. Thank you DuctWorks!
